The Barn at Botley Hill

Not only is the venue stunning, the Botley team is absolutely fantastic. They genuinely care about each and every couple and their own unique love story and wedding day. Don’t think about it. Book it. The whole Botley experience is one you’ll never forget.

Just a quick note as we are sat at the airport waiting for our honeymoon flight but thank you so much for everything on Saturday! Everyone would not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was, which of course it is, but you were such an amazing team as well, making sure we were all looked after and keeping the day running perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, and will definitely pop back to visit whenever we are in the pub. 

Lily & I can't thank you guys enough: the wedding was everything we wanted and more. It was absolutely fantastic!  During the planning, you were always so welcoming and really cared about our day. It genuinely felt like Rachel cared about all the little details as much as we did! And on the day, you nailed it! We felt like we could relax in the knowledge that you guys had everything covered and our best interests at heart. All our guests loved it. The only shame is that it's all over

We had our wedding here in December and it was a wonderful day! Rachel, Kate and Lily are warm, calm, professional and experienced - just brilliant at what they do. Every time we reached out to them about something in the build up to the wedding, a friendly and detailed reply always came very quickly. We enjoyed our planning meetings and wine tasting with them. They’re big on the small but noticeable touches, like a glass of Prosecco being handed to us to enjoy as we walked around the venue before our tasting. The venue itself is beautiful and the reason we booked, but it’s these lovely ladies who I will also remember fondly for years to come. The day itself ran smoothly and lots of people commented on how lovely the venue was. Even on the shortest day of the year, with limited sunlight, it was stunning. Thank you so much for everything!

Where do I even start! THANK YOU so much from the bottom of our heart. 3 months ago we booked with you, we knew the venue would be for us but after talking to you over zoom and you listening to our story of trying to get married over the last 15 months, we then knew we 100% wanted to book after you explained everything and made us feel like we were in good hands. Thank you and the team for being so accommodating with every idea and tweak that we made, you and the team surpassed our expectations and went along with every idea. The venue is incredible and all of the little details that have been thought of down to the card box, to the baby barn and the room to get ready in all credited to us having an amazing day. Saturday totally surpassed all of our wildest dreams Botley was everything and more, Yes the scenery is incredible and we were really lucky with the weather but you and the team totally made it and it's because of you guys we had the most amazing day ever, we owe everything to you and the whole team at Botley.

Both Jonathan and I want to thank you so much for everything you did to make our day so fabulous. Botley Hill is such a beautiful venue - we couldn’t have wished for somewhere more stunning. But your help, advice and organisation was amazing. You were enthusiastic and helpful throughout and we honestly didn’t worry about a thing because we had such confidence in you. We feel incredibly lucky to have been able to get married at Botley and to have had our day managed by you.
