Luke and I are still on the most incredible high from our wedding day! It went so perfectly and was just everything we dreamed of! We have lost count of the amount of guests who told us it was hands down the best wedding they’d ever been to! The room looked incredible... it all just looked perfect! Booking Pennyhill park was the best decision we made. The team were just incredible.

When me and Sam started looking for wedding venues Pennyhill was one of the first we viewed and as soon as we turned in to the drive, we immediately got a feeling, we both looked at each other in the car and said this is the one and this was before we even saw the hotel/spa its self. It was just so beautiful and the staff were just amazing when we booked a show around, we just feel in love with it even more. The personal service by Maddy made the whole planning experience feel effortless and run smoothly. The food and wine tasting was so lovely and intermate we really enjoyed this on the run up to the wedding. All the team at Pennyhill made our wedding feel so unique and special. We did a meal with all our wedding party the night before, 23 of us and Pennyhill made it so special and it looked absolutely stunning, it was so nice to have us all together and speak to everyone before the big day as its hard to properly talk to everyone on your wedding day. We all then had a night cap in the bar where they had an amazing live singer which was just a perfect ending to our night before.

Choosing Pennyhill Park for the wedding seemed like the most obvious choice however the initial wedding idea was very low-key until we met the wonderful Maddy Ross, our Wedding Co-Ordinator, who guided us on every twist and turn and to what would become our ultimate wedding celebration. Throughout the planning phase, we would often pop in to see Maddy and our 3 year old son loved tagging along to what he referred to as the “Castle”. We were always made to feel special before and during our wedding. The location is stunning but it was the entire team who looked after our party on those magical days is what made it for us. What we both love most about Pennyhill is that now it’s always going to remind us of our special moment, where we created our first memories of husband and wife. It’s our happy place. I remember how everything I’d planned so meticulously with Maddy our Wedding Coordinator in the weeks preceding the wedding just all happening so smoothly right in front of me so I could just enjoy the moment. The entire team were on point and I remember feeling delight by the way the day just went so perfectly with the timings. I remember when Maddy sadly had to say goodbye but not before she kindly got me my wedding flats! I’ll be forever grateful to her.

We had the wedding of our dreams at Pennyhill Park on 20/11/2022. From our first visit to PHP to view the venue in May 2021 we knew we had found 'the one' from the moment we walked through the covered flower walkway from the car park to reception. In the planning process, Maddy our dedicated coordinator went above and beyond and exceeded our every expectation. In our first visit we were shown the reception spaces, some guest bedrooms and every question we could possibly ask was answered. When we thought it couldn't get any better we had our food tasting and were blown away even more. On our wedding weekend from arrival to departure the whole experience was faultless. The venue, rooms, facilities, food customer service and operations in the planning and on the day and over the whole weekend exceeded our every expectation. We feel so blessed to have been able to have our Wedding at the beautiful Pennyhill Park and the compliments we have received have been endless. We are so grateful to the whole team for making our day so special. Maddy was reassuring, supportive and provided us with so much invaluable help, advice and guidance on top of what would be expected in their day to day role. Special mention to Kapil and his Operations Team. Kapil introduced himself to us upon arrival at the hotel the day before our wedding. He provided us with a contact number immediately for us to contact him with any last-minute requests, nothing seemed too much for Kapil to ensure our day would be perfect. On the day, Kapil provided us with his undivided attention whenever we needed him. The operations on the day were absolutely flawless despite the tricky schedule to accommodate dancing between courses with our band, The Function Band. The food and service were faultless and received so many compliments from our guests. We were so pleased with the dedicated breakfast room the morning after our wedding for our guests that stayed overnight. Staff had moved our welcome sign and laid out all our beautiful flowers on the tables for us, it really felt like a continuation of our wedding. Food was delicious and replenished when needed, staff relentlessly cut up more and more wedding cake for our guests to take away. We all enjoyed the spa facilities into the afternoon which was an added bonus. Nothing was too much trouble for the PHP team. We cherish memories at Pennyhill Park deep in our hearts and are so very thankful to the whole team. We cant wait to return to celebrate more special occasions in the future.

Thank you so much for such a great day! It all went so smoothly and everyone has been telling me how great everything was. The staff were amazing that night so I just wanted to say thank to them. My guests felt very pampered that day.

You and your team were above and beyond … not even the tiniest blip and the professionalism was outstanding. Our thanks will never be enough. You all did us so proud!

I just want to say another big thank you, it really was a seamless weekend from start to finish. Pennyhill Park exceeded all of our expectations for our big day. Ela put me and Scott at ease the morning of the wedding calming our nerves and was great at keeping everything flowing well throughout the day.

Me & Liam were extremely happy with every single staff member at Pennyhill! Everyone was so friendly and it couldn't have gone better. We have decided that we will always celebrate our anniversary at Pennyhill because there is just no moment like our wedding & we're glad no other hotel tops it so it'll always be penny!
