Our packages start from £63.00 per head and include a reception drink, three course meal, half a bottle of wine and a sparkling toast. There are options to add in an additional drink and nibbles or canapés depending on your requirements. An evening buffet is also required as a condition of your booking whereby we cater for 75% of your day/evening guests combined with buffets starting from £10.50 per head.

Surrey National Golf Club Full Description
Surrey National Golf Club offers two inter-connecting suites for exclusive hire, incorporating private bar & lounge areas, civil ceremony/drinks reception suite, wooden dance floor, private guest facilities and a full length balcony offering valuable outdoor space.
The main suite is a large, light & spacious room with high ceilings, open fireplaces and access to the balcony and the terrace below. Enjoying fabulous views across its course from three sides the room accommodates the bar, lounge & dance floor areas and can be accessed via its own entrance or from the inter-connecting Terrace Room.
Both rooms offer flexibility and versatility for larger events and both are licensed for civil ceremonies.

The Catering Staff were amazing and went that extra mile to ensure my Son's Reception ran smoothly.
The food was incredible and could have been served at any top class restaurant.
There were no problems with complex allergy requirements, I personally am gluten free, dairy free and egg free and I enjoyed my gluten free brochette starter, the salmon main and the fruit cocktail dessert.
There was no problem with cross contamination which is the main stumbling block in kitchens.
Word to the wise, the cheesecake was the hit of the Reception and apparently went down very well!

We had our wedding at Surrey national earlier this month, from the very start Louise was so accommodating, I must have phoned her 100 times and she had time for each and every question. She really knows her stuff and makes the whole process really easy. The whole team made sure everything ran smoothly, with times etc I can’t thank them, especially Louise enough. The venue is beautiful! Everyone that came commented on how lovely everything looked. The grounds for photos are breath-taking. It was just the most perfect, magical day. I would definitely recommend Surrey national for weddings or events.

The staff are so helpful
Myself and my now husband had our wedding here in September 2022 and it was wonderful! Louise was always there to answer my emails quickly and always had the answers I needed. The venue was lovely, and all the staff were so helpful and accommodating while planning and on the day. The day went so smoothly with Frankie there to help every step of the way. I would highly recommend this as a wedding venue, the views were lovely, and the balcony was so nice to have reception drinks. Thank you everyone at Surrey national for making our day so special.

The Venue - Amazing!
My husband and I got married at Surrey National last month and it was overall a great experience. Louise was so helpful with the planning and organising and made sure everything went smoothly in the run up. On the day Frankie made sure everything was absolutely perfect and was so reassuring and comforting. All the staff were brilliant, the food was perfect, and the venue is amazing. Honestly so happy with the experience we had. Could not recommended this venue enough for an event.

Describe the best wedding that happened at Surrey National Golf Club?
We have had so many great weddings at Surrey National it would be hard to choose. I personally love the chatter and laughter at weddings when friends and family who may have not seen each other for a while get together. To me a great wedding is superb food, good music, plenty of dancing, a well stocked bar and one large space so you don't lose your guests in other rooms!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Your wedding day is so special and you won't want it to end. Give yourself plenty of time throughout the day to have your photographs, mingle with your guests and just enjoy every moment. It really is a day you cherish forever.

I love a themed wedding so it's the attention to detail with favours, stationary, décor, personalised gifts.

I would say we treat every wedding as bespoke and therefore tailor to our customer's needs. This could be adapting the menu to accommodate a theme or dietary request, sourcing a certain brand of drink from our supplier and our flexibility.
