The surroundings at Kingswood make it an ideal setting for the celebration of your wedding breakfast and reception. Our elegant venue, with romantic gardens and stunning views over our mature golf course, add the wow factor to all special celebrations. Our Dining Room is flexible enough to cater for a wide variety of requests and plans. You’ll have your own private bar, conservatory and ballroom with enough space to host the party of a lifetime. For that more intimate wedding or small private party we have the Warren Room. This room has its own bar and dance floor with patio doors leading out into your own private garden. The room can accommodate up to 80 guests for an informal buffet or 50 guests for a formal seated lunch/dinner. One distinct difference about Kingswood is our attention to detail in cuisine and our commitment to providing innovative, delicious menus. Together with our chefs, you can choose from a wide variety of mouthwatering menus and plan your day exactly to your tastes. Flexibility and professionalism are keys to the way Kingswood works and understanding what our clients want, is what makes us successful.

From the moment we visited Kingswood, we knew it was somewhere special. The venue is beautiful, and after meeting Liza and seeing everything it had to offer, we had no doubt it was where we wanted to celebrate our wedding. The whole experience from booking through to the wedding day was fantastic. Liza was always on hand to help, answer questions, and offer advice and recommendations whenever we needed it. Her kindness, organisation, and dedication made the planning process so much easier. When our wedding day arrived, everything was handled flawlessly. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment because we knew we were in safe hands. The team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly, and it showed. Our guests repeatedly commented on how welcoming and professional the staff were. The food was outstanding, the accommodation on site was excellent, and the service throughout the day was first-class. Every detail was carefully looked after, creating an unforgettable wedding day. We are incredibly grateful to Liza and the entire Kingswood team for helping bring our dream wedding to life. It was more than we could have hoped for, and we will treasure those memories forever. We first came across the venue at a brilliantly presented exhibition evening which we would definitely recommend you go and see. As we explored other venues nothing compared in quality or value for money. In addition the lodge allowed us peace of mind with many of our guests travelling a fair distance. Once we met Liza she could not do enough for us, she took away many of our stresses and was quick, efficient and professional in all communication with a friendly touch. Everything on the day went to plan, the staff excellently led by Liza were on hand for all our guests and so attentive to all their needs. The additions of a pianist and master of ceremonies in the package added even further to our special day. We could not recommend Kingswood any higher. All our guests loved the food, drinks and atmosphere. We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding day. From our first point of contact through to now we have been nothing but impressed at the professionalism and attentiveness of all staff we have had contact with at Kingswood. We were absolutely blown away on the day at how well everything was run and at all the little extra touches we weren’t expecting, such as welcome signs and podium flowers. Nothing was too much trouble, we always had a drink in our hand and we were made to feel so special! The food was absolutely outstanding and we’ve had nothing but praise since. We had an unexpected surprise on the day when a family member’s dog went into labour during our ceremony and their food was kindly kept warm for them until they could get back. We’ve had so many comments about how friendly and attentive all of the staff members were which is so lovely to hear and echoed by us. Liza, you are amazing at your job and we were both feeling very nervous until we saw your face! You ensured everything ran smoothly, making sure we didn’t see each other prior to the ceremony and making sure we had time to be alone to breathe away from the celebrations.
