Kingswood Manor

Kingswood Manor is in Lower Kingswood, near Tadworth in Surrey, KT20 7AJ. Set within private estate grounds, the venue is conveniently located just off the A217 at Junction 8 of the M25, within easy reach of Reigate, Redhill, Epsom and Leatherhead.

An exclusive-use wedding venue gives you private use of the event spaces for your celebration.

At Kingswood Manor, your wedding hire includes exclusive use of our elegant Atrium Marquee and private estate grounds from 11:15am until midnight. Your event finishes at 11pm, followed by an hour for guests to depart comfortably and suppliers to collect their equipment.

Exclusive use of the Manor House with overnight accommodation can also be added to your wedding package.

Wedding prices depend on your chosen date, guest numbers, catering, drinks, accommodation and any additional services.

Our 2027 venue-hire prices for celebrations of up to 150 guests are:

Weekdays, Monday to Thursday: £7,500

Off-peak Fridays and Saturdays, plus Sundays throughout the year: £8,500

Peak-season Fridays and Saturdays: £9,500

Peak season runs from May to September, while April and October are treated as off-peak. Weddings with between 151 and 200 guests can be accommodated for an additional £45 per person.

Optional extras include catering, drinks packages, overnight accommodation and additional event services. Please contact our team for a personalised quotation based on your plans and preferred date.

We recommend contacting us as soon as you have a preferred date, particularly if you are planning a Friday or Saturday wedding during the peak season from May to September.

We take bookings well in advance, but shorter-notice weddings may also be possible depending on availability and your requirements. Your date is not secured until the booking documentation and required payment have been completed.

Please remember that Kingswood Manor is not licensed for legal marriage ceremonies, so you will also need to allow enough time to arrange your legal ceremony separately.

Our standard wedding packages are designed for up to 150 guests.

The Atrium Marquee can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception, with an additional per-person supplement applying above 150 guests. Depending on your chosen ceremony location and layout, ceremonies of up to 200 guests may be possible.

Kingswood Manor has approximately 60 parking spaces; coaches, minibuses, taxis or organised guest drop-offs are also all possible!

Your venue hire includes an on-the-day venue liaison who manages the venue and coordinates supplier logistics.

This is different from a dedicated wedding planner. If you would like help with the wider planning of your wedding—including schedules, styling, supplier coordination or other preparations—full or partial event-planning support may be arranged separately.

We are also happy to work alongside a wedding planner or coordinator appointed by you.

Kingswood Manor is not currently licensed to hold legal marriage ceremonies. You will need to complete the legal ceremony at a licensed register office and church.

Once the legal formalities have taken place, we would be delighted to host a personalised wedding blessing or symbolic ceremony at Kingswood Manor. We can also recommend experienced celebrants.
