Venue hire includes exclusive use of several interconnecting barns, Chiavari chairs, round and refectory tables, fairy lights throughout the barn, a large garden adjoining open farmland and parking. It also includes as many planning visits as you like in the lead up to your day.
Prices include VAT are are from 2023 to 2025 for different packages including Eco, Small, Twilight, Best Of All Worlds & Traditional.

Set in beautiful Surrey countryside close to the West Sussex border, Gildings Barns comprises of several interconnecting barns, all of which retain their original charm and character and have not been spoilt by modernisation. We offer a choice of four local and absolutely first class catering partners and can also recommend other tried and tested local suppliers. Gildings Barns is a licensed venue, meaning you can conduct your legally binding wedding ceremony on site and then have your celebrations afterwards without your guests having to move on to another location.
We pride ourselves on exceptionally high standards of customer care and like to build a relationship with all our clients in the lead up to their Wedding. We will work with you every step of the way to help ensure your day is perfect in every way.

Rustic Barn Wedding
I enjoy weaving elements of your chosen setting into the style of my writing, and these are generally relaxed, and intimate celebrations, with a warm and upbeat tone. Because of my experience in barn weddings, I can also run through things like lighting, acoustics, and the orchestration of the ceremony and those involved, making sure that there is sufficient space for all of the things you have planned.
Beware the red brick flooring! As much as I think it is a fabulous feature, and completely charming, it is advisable to warn guests in advance that there will be gaps in the floor so to plan footwear accordingly. . .or hire an aisle runner!

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
We have had so many lovely weddings filled with happiness and laughter. Amazing vows exchanged by our couples when the have a celebrant led ceremonies and when "Uncle Jim" sang Beautiful In My Eyes by Joshua Kadison during the outside ceremony there was not a dry eye in the house! 🎶
