Nestled within five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, Farnham House Hotel is a charming country manor house hotel that seamlessly combines traditional elegance with contemporary style. Its picturesque exterior and bright, modern interiors provide a warm and welcoming setting for an unforgettable wedding day.
Couples can exchange vows in the elegant Oak Room, where neutral décor complements any wedding theme, or opt for a romantic outdoor ceremony beneath the stunning Victorian garden pavilion.
Following the ceremony, celebrate with up to 80 guests for a seated wedding breakfast in the Cedar Room, before continuing the festivities with an evening reception for up to 130 guests. With flexible dining options, thoughtfully curated wedding packages, and dedicated support throughout the planning process, Farnham House Hotel offers everything needed to create a truly memorable celebration.
Special Offer: Couples who confirm their wedding booking before 31 August 2026 for any wedding taking place this year or next will receive a complimentary selection of three canapés for up to 50 guests, along with a bottle of sparkling wine for the happy couple. One of the main attractions of the hotel are the vast surroundings which offer plenty of photo opportunities and privacy as well. The caterer of the hotel was excellent and provided for one of the most delicious meals I had on a wedding. Can we have exclusive use of the venue?
Yes, the hotel can be exclusively yours for the duration of your celebration when all guest bedrooms are included and booked by your guests. Please contact our wedding coordinator to discuss the options available
Are you Licenced for civil ceremonies ?
Yes, we are licensed to host indoor ceremonies throughout the year, as well as outdoor ceremonies in our beautiful Garden Pavilion. Our ceremony licence allows for up to 80 guests.
Can we have the wedding ceremony outdoors?
Between April and September our licence allows for outside garden ceremonies - subject to an additional charge.
Is the venue Accessibility- friendly ?
Yes, we have accessible toilet facilities and a chair lift to assist with the small number of steps leading to them. We also offer a limited number of wheelchair-friendly ground-floor bedrooms for guests requiring accessible accommodation.
What time can we access the venue?
We guarantee access from the latest 7am on the day of your wedding. If the venue is available earlier than this (i.e. the evening before) we will let you know.
What time does the reception need to finish?
On Friday and Saturday wedding dates, the reception is required to finish by midnight. All other days of the week are 11pm
Are pets allowed at Farnham house Hotel?
Yes, well behaved pets are welcome! We have two pet friendly bedrooms ensuring they have a safe comfortable stay during their visit
I love your packages - However can we swap things around to suite out needs?
All of our packages are completely flexible and can be made bespoke to your dream wedding day.
Do you have a noise limiter for the evening?
We do not limit our noise during the party of the wedding, making it the ideal spot for bands and others such like
Can we have a tour of the venue?
Absolutely! We welcome everyone to Farnham House and would love to show you around our beautiful venue while chatting through your wedding ideas and plans for the big day.
