Pricing dependant on guest numbers. We can accommodate 100 guests for a formal wedding breakfast and 150 for a buffet or evening reception. There is no minimum number.
The minimum package price quoted is based on 50 guests and includes:

Our facilities boast beautiful, picturesque views over the golf course and weald beyond, an ideal setting for your reception and perfect backdrop for your wedding photos.
At Bletchingley Golf Club we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and attention to detail, which is why we believe it is the best choice for your special day. Our wedding packages have been exclusively designed to make your experience with us truly special. Our flexibility, however, allows you to create a bespoke package to suit your personal requirements if desired. The food used in our menus is, where possible, sourced locally and prepared on the premises by our skilled catering team.
In May 2015 Bletchingley Golf Club became an even more perfect venue for weddings when our facilities were enhanced by Surrey County Council granting approval for two rooms at our premises to be regularly used for the Solemnisation of Marriages under the provisions of Sections 46A and 46B of the Marriage Act 1949 and the registration of Civil Partnerships under Section 6A of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.

The staff was amazing
Held my daughter's wedding reception here and it was a fantastic day and evening. The staff was amazing from the word go and extremely helpful on setting up the event the day before and on the day. The food was good quality I would highly recommend this location for your function

Highly recommended.
We just had our wedding at Bletchingley, we were planning it for a year and the golf club could not have been better. Everything about our experience was positive, the staff could not have been more helpful and the food was exceptional. The events organiser took care of every detail and made sure that everything ran smoothly. We cannot thank the golf club enough for making our day special day unforgettable, they come highly recommended.

Five Star Venue
We had our wedding at Bletchingley Golf Club in June of this year. I can honestly say that the staff made our day. Leoni and Tracy couldn't have been more helpful and the chef was amazing. Everyone went that extra mile to make it such a special day for us. Everyone commented on how good the food was, the service was excellent and the setting beautiful. We had our wedding reception at the golf club and the catering was awesome! The hog roast and BBQ were great and so much food for all my guests. Thank you Chef Kevin, Leonie and Tracy! Desserts were also amazing. The venue views were amazing that day!

Service was excellent
Our daughter arranged her wedding reception here. It is a golf course first and foremost but obviously the facilities are available for other events such as this. We had a lovely summer's day with a bouncy castle outside. Photos of the couple on a golf buggy riding around the course. Food was good. Service was excellent. The staff was very helpful - even providing clingfilm to cover the left over wedding cake. The day went very smoothly. Well done!

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
All of our weddings have been special. We have had intimate ceremonies, one for just eighteen guests including the couple which was a very emotional affair through to a stunning Hindu wedding attended by 300 guests. My personal favourite was held after all the COVID restrictions had lifted. The couple had been waiting for so long to tie the knot having had to postpone several times and it was so wonderful to witness their emotion of finally being able to marry, and to share their day with all the family and friends.

Prioritise your budget on items which will make a big difference on the day.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
One of our brides secretly changed the exit music from their ceremony to the Star Wars theme tune as a surprise for her husband. He was thrilled and it got everyone in the mood for a good party.

There are several great photo spots on our beautiful course. We offer complimentary use of our golf buggies to get you and your photographer to them.

What’s your favourite canapé?
Our favourite canapes are old school prawn vol-au-vents. We do offer a wide variety and choice to suit your requirements.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
A cone of Scampi and chips or bacon butties.
