Designed for intimate weddings of up to 70 guests, the gallery offers exclusive use throughout your celebration, allowing every space to become part of your story. From a bright, light-filled Reception Bar where guests gather for champagne, to elegant ceremonies and wedding breakfasts in the Drawing Room, before finishing the evening with cocktails and dancing in our atmospheric Cellar Bar, your wedding unfolds naturally through beautifully curated spaces.

How many guests can Yaniv Edery Gallery accommodate?
We specialise in intimate and boutique weddings for up to 70 guests, creating a relaxed and exclusive atmosphere where you can celebrate with your closest family and friends.
Do we have exclusive use of the venue?
Yes. Your wedding includes exclusive use of Yaniv Edery Gallery from 12:00 noon on your wedding day until 11:00 the following morning, giving you and your guests complete privacy throughout your celebration.
Does the venue include accommodation?
Yes. Your wedding hire includes four boutique bedrooms, allowing you and your closest family or friends to stay overnight and enjoy breakfast together the following morning.
What is included in your wedding packages?
All of our Wedding Collections include exclusive venue hire, three planning meetings, a dedicated Wedding Coordinator, white table linen and napkins, premium crockery, cutlery and glassware, personalised printed menus, cake stand and knife, PA system, and full venue set-up. Food and drink options vary between our collections, and bespoke packages are also available.
Can we create a bespoke wedding package?
Absolutely. Every couple is different, so we're happy to tailor our packages to suit your vision, whether that's creating a bespoke menu, adding signature cocktails, or including extra experiences to make your day truly personal.
Where can we take our wedding photographs?
While the gallery does not have a private outdoor space, we are perfectly positioned in the heart of Edinburgh's historic New Town. Within just a few minutes' walk you'll find some of the city's most iconic photography locations, including Calton Hill, St Andrew Square, Princes Street Gardens, The Scott Monument, and the elegant Georgian streets surrounding the gallery. Inside the venue, the contemporary artwork, grand staircase and beautifully restored interiors provide stunning backdrops for timeless photographs.
Is the venue easy for guests to reach?
Yes. Yaniv Edery Gallery is located in Edinburgh city centre at 4 Picardy Place, just a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley Station, Picardy Place Tram Stop, and numerous bus routes, making it easy for both local and travelling guests.
Can we choose our own suppliers?
Yes. You're welcome to use your preferred suppliers. We also provide a carefully curated list of trusted local florists, photographers, entertainers and other wedding professionals to help make planning your day even easier.
Do you host wedding ceremonies and receptions?
Yes. Yaniv Edery Gallery is available for both ceremonies and receptions, allowing your entire wedding day to flow seamlessly through our beautifully designed spaces, from your ceremony and drinks reception to your wedding breakfast and evening celebration.
Who will look after us on the day?
From your first enquiry through to your wedding day, you'll work closely with our dedicated Wedding Coordinator, who will oversee every detail to ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment of your celebration.
