Westone Manor Hotel

We booked Westone back in January 22 for our August 22 wedding and managed to get a Friday date in August for a good deal. We had a good package with just the right amount of everything, our coordinator was helpful with filtering out things that wouldn't be needed on the day and figuring out what would work best for us and our guests.. We had a fairly constant stream of communication throughout the 8 months, we did have some miscommunications during that time, which is why the rating is 4 not 5, but things were easily ironed out without too much trouble. Our wedding day was perfect, and Westone was a big hit with our guests. We had so many comments on how lovely the food was, and all our guests loved the venue it's self.. There was a slight delay in some of the food coming out which did effect the running of the evening, however the atmosphere was so lovely that no one minded, and if anything it added to the day as people got more of a chance to spend time in the garden which was everyone's favourite place in the venue. We hired the Westone suite for our reception, which thankfully had aircon as it was 33°c, but our guests we able to use the bar and full access to the big garden too. Everyone loved having multiple seating areas and places to walk round. The palm tree walk way in the garden was also a big hit and we had lots of comments about how they felt like they were abroad. All the staff were amazing on our day, nothing was too much trouble. I have a lot of food allergies and many of our guests also had dietary requirements which were no problem to cateer for at all. In the end it was a stunning day and Westone Manor Hotel created a big part of that,. Very good!

We had a meeting with the photographer that is attending our wedding on the 31st July at Westone Manor and then met up with some friend's for a meal.. Venue is beautiful. Staff were very friendly and the meal was lovely.. Highly recommended.

From our initial contact right through to the Wedding Day in May, we were well served by the Staff. We met with Anna, (Sales and Events Manager) 8 months before the Wedding and she looked after us throughout. She did not only provide guidance and clarity, but she was on top of all the practical elements too. Her management of the process and the way that she treated us filled us with much confidence that our Wedding plans and the implementation were in good hands. The Hotel was very accommodating about our Menu Choices and we were made to feel very special at the Food Tasting evening, where we were able to taste everything on our chosen Menu. On the Wedding day, we were not disappointed. We breezed up to the Wedding Day without any stress or worry and on the day itself, we were relaxed and able to totally enjoy ourselves with our guests. All arrangements just flowed without any need for attention from us. All that had been agreed during the planning was delivered and the Staff on the day were wonderful, professional and friendly. We are grateful to the Team at the Westone Hotel for their huge contribution to what was a truly fantastic day. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
