Dodford Manor

We were married at Dodford Manor on the 5th July 2024. We had an amazing day at this fantastic venue, we wanted to source wine from our second home in France, as we lived there for 12 years, the no corkage was just perfect. The whole day ran without a hitch thanks to Sky and her fantastic team. If you are looking for a venue where you are looked after from start to finish, look no further, nothing is too much trouble for anyone you speak to at Dodford. The views across the countryside are stunning, and the whole place is exclusively yours for the whole day. The food from Jenkinsons caterers was amazing. Dodford Manor was just wonderful and their team just as amazing. From our initial viewing through to our Wedding day, there was always someone on hand to answer questions, no matter how small. They embraced my ideas to include some Polish traditions which made the day so special. Our friends and family are still telling us what a beautiful venue it was and how wonderfully attentive the staff were. Hannah was our on the day coordinator making sure every element ran smoothly from start to finish. Thank you x

Dodford are a well oiled, professional and beyond friendly wedding machine!!! They made our day smooth, from start to finish!! Not only is the venue beautiful and makes your wedding photos look stunning naturally, the team go out of the way to make all aspects of your day perfect! If I could get married again tomorrow (same husband), I’d choose them every time! Shout out to Abbie who is just the kindest lady, who really felt like our friend, not just the planner! 😍♥️

We had a truly magical wedding here in March and couldn’t have asked for more from the staff at Dodford who were so lovely to deal with on every occasion. We both fell in love with the place when we visited and after viewing a few potential venues, it really was the one place we could truly imagine getting married in. It is a beautiful venue but feels less formal than other places which was just what we wanted. On the day, our event manager Kayleigh was awesome, she set everything out exactly as we’d asked for and the venue looked amazing. The food and service in the day from Jenkinsons was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for anymore. It’s such a special place and we’ll be forever thankful that we chose to get married here. We had a couple of reservations heading into the day, for example how the Dodford team would pull everything together, with decorations, suppliers etc with us not being there to coordinate, but we didn't need to worry about anything on the day. The coordinators - Abbie and Kayleigh - were on top of everything all day, and Will the catering manager from Jenkinsons was an absolute star. The food was amazing, it was served piping hot (one of our reservations) and the portions sizes are spot on. The day went better than we even could have hoped for and both the Dodford and Jenkinsons teams were huge contributors to that. We had so many compliments from our guests on the venue, the food and the service that they deserve huge congratulations.

My husband and I got married here in September 2023 and had the most amazing day, Abbie and the the team did an incredible job of making it as stress-free as possible for us. One of the things that drew us to look at this venue was the no-corkage perk which was perfect as our friends and family are big drinkers, but there was a good selection of drinks at fair prices at the bar for after the wedding breakfast. The barn itself is gorgeous, set in the beautiful countryside in Northamptonshire with sheep and llamas in the fields close by. We were able to get some beautiful wedding photos with the sunset over the fields. The courtyard was ideal for providing games for the kids and ensuring they weren't out of sight. The white company soap and hand cream in the toilets was a lovely touch. Whilst we were provided a PSL to choose a DJ/band from, Dodford were very accommodating when we asked to use a band that wasn't on the list so we were able to enjoy our wedding party as we'd planned. The food was exquisite, we loved that we were able to go for a free meal tasting session before and enjoy some wine along with a taster of many of the dishes where a lot of venues would charge for this. We had lots of compliments at the quality and quantity of the food, guests told us it was the first wedding they've been to where they were stuffed after the meal. Abbie was our coordinator for the day and did an outstanding job of making the whole day run seamlessly, we were really lucky to have her there. A massive thank you to the whole team at Dodford for making our day so special. Friends advised me to expect for something to go wrong on my wedding day but not one thing did and that's largely down to the team for helping us prepare so well and supporting us on the day.

Dodford hosted our wedding on 4th November 2023. The whole experience from when we viewed and booked the venue, to the day itself, was exceptional. The team were so helpful in explaining their terms and conditions, what service we could expect and recommended some fantastic suppliers. We had a pre-wedding day meeting where they ran through the whole running of the day and the tream always responded quickly to our queries via email. Our event manager on the day was Lauren. Lauren was fantastic, she and her team looked after us so well, making sure everything ran smoothly. All our guests commented on how great the service was and how friendly the team were. We were so impressed with the catering service from Jenkinsons. The food was incredible and the team were brilliant. The food on the day surpassed the tasting event, which was also fantastic. The venue was the perfect setting for our wedding. It's elegant, classy and spacious and required very little decor from us. Lauren and the Jenkinsons team set up the barns perfectly. The morning after our wedding everything had been packed up perfectly for us to collect. I would highly recommend booking with Dodford for your wedding.

Dodford Manor is an amazing venue to get married. Lauren was incredibly helpful and informative leading up to and throughout our big day, ensuring everything went without a hitch! The venue was so quick getting back to us with big or small questions. The caterers were also very accommodating for our guests who had a variety of dietary needs. Not a lot we would change. Honestly the most incredible venue with the most supportive staff. This was the first venue we went to see and we fell in love immediately. It is the perfect balance of rustic barn with a modern twist. Very little decoration is needed, because it is already such a beautiful space. And so convenient being able to get ready, get married and then have the reception all on site - but in different rooms so there isn’t the worry about waiting whilst rooms are turned around. Special mention to the staff, and Lauren who was our event coordinator on the day. Every single one of them is so helpful and happy to answer any questions in the lead up to the day. You get a planning meeting prior to the wedding which goes over every little detail and really put me at ease - especially as someone who is a big planner! Then on the day, we knew we didn’t have to worry about a thing because Lauren had it all covered! The price for hire is also such good value - you do have to go with their chosen caterers - Jenkinsons - but they are also very reasonably priced, with so many options and honestly the tastiest food we have ever tried. Guests were complimenting the food constantly! Couldn’t recommend this venue more and I’m so glad we chose it to have our special day. It will always hold a special place in our hearts now and hopefully we can return one day for one of their catering events for couples married there!
