My husband and I couldn't have asked for the day to go any better than it did. Our food was brilliant and the staff were lovely, we were looked after well from beginning to end. All of our guests enjoyed their time as much as we did and for that we both thank you all very much.I cannot even put into words how amazing our special day was here at the Mercure. The Events Manager was constantly on hand to help with any request and we did seem to have a few ! but nothing was too much trouble. We were all very thankful for his help and he proved to be a wonderful example of what good customer service and not just a nice setting can bring to an occasion.Once again thank you for all your help with arranging my sister’s wedding at the weekend, everything went far better/smoother than expected. Thank you to everyone. I can’t thank Tara, Ollie and Pravin enough for everything they have done for us, you are all so amazing and made our day perfect. Kelly was truly amazing throughout every little panic I had and through my 4 date changes she was my go to for support and reassurance, she was exactly what I needed in such a time of uncertainty.
