1. Hire of the Victorian Carousel all day until 9.30pm.
2. 120 Glasses of Prosecco for your guests.
3. A dedicated and Experienced Wedding Day Coordinator, in addition to 8-12 bar/ waitering staff.
4. Three planning meetings are also offered in the lead up to your wedding.
5. Hire charges include the EXCLUSIVE use of TWO BARNS, gardens, mediterranean barnyard with elegant seating & hundreds of twinkly lights etc.
6. Kentish Barn: Use of large 17th century Kentish barn licensed for wedding ceremonies and receptions. 120 people. Two beautiful mechanical organs, one of which is Art Deco and the other is Art Nouveau.
7. Juliana’s Island: Outdoor garden ceremonies take place on Juliana’s Island.
8. Long Lodge Barn. Use of long lodge barn as reception space. Wood burning stove, sofas with wonderful interior styling.
9. 1907 Showman’s Living Wagon: This is the bride and Groom's private space for the day.
10. Bar: Fully licensed & staffed cash bar well stocked with champagne, wine, local ales & artisan beers, spirits cocktails and soft drinks. Table Service available in both barns.
11. Glasswear.
12. Luxury permanent Ladies & Gents W.C’s, with separate large unisex W.C and baby change facility.
13. Furniture: Round wooden banqueting tables & cross back chairs with cream coloured seat pads.
14. An easel for table plan, & cake table.
15. White folding chairs and benches are provided.
16. Outside seating on terrace with tables and chairs.
