The Estate boasts two areas from where you can marry.
The intimate Courtyard at Chapel House Estate starts at £3993 venue hire. This goregous area offers a formal sit-down breakfast for up to 50, or a more relaxed setting upto 70. This is a private and intimate area for celebrating more intimately, available Monday to Wednesday.
The second location is the Thorne Barn which starts at £7618 venue hire. With dining for up to 150 guests, modern facilities such as air conditioning, a private cocktail lounge, this is the perfect barn area with an outdoor terrace that includes an open fire.

The Chapel House Estate is available to hire for small intimate outdoor weddings or larger party-filled weddings and celebration parties.
Lovely gardens
With private access, exclusive use, beautiful gardens, an orchard, a secluded walled courtyard with a lounge bar, a restaurant, a 700 year chapel that includes a luxury honeymoon suite, and a helicopter pad, Chapel House hosts an unforgettable, romantic destination experience.
Intimate weddings
The private Courtyard at Chapel House Estate is licenced for intimate weddings and can hold up to 50 for an intimate private Wedding Breakfast. The Courtyard includes a private Lounge Bar, outdoor seating, greenhouse and the No 9 Restaurant. Smaller, intimate weddings venue hire starts at £3,993 (2024)
Party, party, party!
60+ larger love-filled, Champagne flowing in Thorne Barn a state-of-the-art Banqueting Barn with air conditioning and a large bar makes this the perfect space for large parties. Venue prices start from £4717 (2024) and include the Chapel House C1290 that resides at the heart of the Estate. Its interior is designed and considered for luxury and comfort, effortlessly capturing the inherent charm and character of the house and its stunning gardens.

Choose from a Wild Apple Orchard for outdoor ceremonies during British Summer Time or a converted stand-alone Old Malt Granary rustic converted barn, specifically for indoor weddings
Accommodation sleeps 34
Nine Hideaway Lodges combine contemporary design and understated luxury within the sprawling paddocks sleeps up to 18 adults
Plus a small cottage located on the edge of the Estate sleeps up to 6 adults
The luxury Chapel House sleeps up to 10 adults and includes a honeymoon suite

A rustic Old Malt Granary for indoor ceremonies sits alongside a purpose-built, state-of-the-art, Thorne Barn, plus nine lodges for your guest's accommodation and a cosy cottage.

What is Chapel House Estate, House & Barns most unique feature?
A Grade II listed Chapel resides at the heart of the Estate. It has been converted into a five-bedroom 'home' including a honeymoon suite for the couple on their wedding night. It has its private terrace, accessed through the ensuite bathroom.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
With our doors opening in July 2022, every part of Chapel House Estate was thoroughly thought out to be a luxurious and charming, destination wedding venue, hidden away in the Kent countryside.
- The stunning Chapel House, with five bedrooms including the honeymoon suite, a roof terrace and a luxuriously appointed ground floor, has been renovated and styled with your every need in mind.
- The purpose-built new gazebo in The Wild Orchard and the now converted Old Malt Granary enable you to envisage styling your wedding day, outside or inside, for up to 150 people.
- The No9 Restaurant and The Courtyard have been completely remodelled to enable you to start planning your engagement party or wedding anniversary.
- The Hideaway Lodges, which sleep up to 18 guests, offer the perfect accomodation for guests wanting to stay on site.
- Every wedding we have hosted, whether it be intimate or large, we are proud to offer a versatile destination wedding venue to suit all your wonderful needs!
