Hayne House is exclusively yours from the moment your guests arrive, and includes the following: • Our expertise leading up to and on the day of your wedding • Civil Ceremonies reserved your civil ceremony with Kent County Council • Professional table decoration set up service on the day of your wedding • Pristine white table linen and napkins • 120 elegant Limewash Chivari chairs, 2 High chairs, 12 round tables (that seat 10 comfortably), 8 trestle tables • Glassware • Cake Stand and Silver Knife • Use of our Dressing Room • Complimentary Honeymoon Suite on the night of your wedding with full English breakfast the following morning • Wooden easel to display your seating plan • Outdoor and indoor PA System and microphone for speeches with surround sound • A professionally run, fully stocked bar service and evening duty manager • An invitation to our food and house wine group tasting event • Ample parking for your guests, cars can be left overnight until 10.00 the following day

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you done for us on the best day of our lives last Saturday. We truly had the most amazing day and couldn't have done it without you guys. We're going to book the lodges for our first anniversary next year because we adore the grounds so much. We really can't put into words how grateful we are! The new Mr & Mrs Baker x

You’ve made my whole wedding process amazing

To everyone at Hayne house I want to say a massive thank you! You’ve made my whole wedding process amazing. The communication between myself and you guys has been spot on! And the venue speaks for itself it’s absolutely breathtaking! Ella run my perfect day and wow she out done herself, she was absolutely perfect and so kind and caring also calming all the nerves and making sure the day run smoothly. Hayne House was absolutely fabulous and we would recommend time and time again

I fell in love with Hayne House the second we went to our viewing and it only got better from there. The pre-wedding process with the team at Hayne House was amazing, they were so accommodating and responsive and had answers to all the question that my Type A Bride brain threw at them. Throughout the planning process they were fabulous and it was so nice to find a venue where we could both get ready on site in the morning. On the day, the Hayne House team (Beth) were absolutely fabulous. Beth kept me calm all morning and made me feel like we were in safe hands. We DIY-ed all our decor and Beth asked my input on the set up before the Groom turned up which really put me at ease. Beth also managed our ceremony music on a phone and it just made me feel so comfortable. Pre-aisle walk, Beth really helped me understand what would happen and really set my nerves at ease. The whole team were incredible and they made our day so so perfect. We couldn't have asked for more. The venue is stunning and the team are amazing! I would recommend Hayne House to absolutely anyone! We also really loved the sustainability initiative, as we're both conscious of that, and that's what initially made us look at Hayne House. 100000% would recommend!

The venue is just stunning. Well maintained while being really sustainable. Uses local suppliers and no plastic which is great! The coordinators are so supportive , helpful and professional. Putting myself and my bridal party at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt in safe hands from the moment I booked Regular contact was made and I felt updated throughout the planning. Hayne House captured us perfectly and the day was so amazingly beautiful. The staff really push themselves in every direction to make sure your day is as magical as you can only imagine.
