The venue is comprised of private woodlands, orchard, open fields, lake and breathtaking elevated views. The Firs is everything you’ve ever dreamed of for a wedding venue in Worcestershire. Our romantic surroundings are the backdrop to your wedding day, where secluded and intimate barns, stunning bohemian 3 hat tipi, delightful gardens and far-reaching fields await. Beautifully refurbished and stylishly appointed, our spaces are unpretentious, homely and welcoming. Offering an exclusive use service with in-house Wedding planner and full, on the day coordination to take the worry and stress away! There is a Luxury 2 bedroom cottage with views of the Lake and Wedding Field, providing accommodation if you wish to stay. We also have glamping bell tents and onsite camping which can be added as an option for your guests with a second day extension if your looking to make a weekend of it!

Just Perfect!Just Perfect!
Thank you so much for the most incredible wedding day! As soon as we saw the venue we knew it was the one for us. Natalie has been absolutely amazing all the way through and we couldn't have asked for someone more kind and accommodating to help us plan our special day. The venue is absolutely stunning and 3 weeks later, we are still receiving comments about how gorgeous it was. Wish we could do the day all over again, just to experience it once more!Thank you so much for the most incredible wedding day! As soon as we saw the venue we knew it was the one for us. Me and husband got married here in May and the whole team at the first were absolutely wonderful. We unfortunately lost our original venue last minute and the firs came in to save the day. But they were even better than what had originally planned so we lucked out massively. They’re a family just like us, which meant that they knew what the day meant to us. We stayed in their beautiful cottage and we’re going to come back every year on our anniversary. Nat, who is their wedding planner always made time for us in the lead up to the wedding to help us formalise all the details and was such a joy to have around on the day. She’s a tough cookie and we only wish we had taken their advice and had her plan details of our wedding, trouble is we already had planned the wedding based on the other venue bailing last min. The venue in the woodlands was incredibly perfect and think we got more than we ever imagined! Not bad for a fluke ;)! So so happy with everything! - I even changed y wedding dress and forfeited my other one after seeing this venue! We had a food truck on the day for a super chill festival vibe , everyone who came said how lovely it all was and most of all the venue. It literally made our wedding! Without it I think we would have had a totally different day! It was outdoor on the hottest weekend we’ve had this year, the sun was shining, we saw a beaut sunset and all the guest got to enjoy the beautiful outdoor views! There was literally something for everyone. Nat, Sarah and zach - thank you for everything! We had the best wedding day we could have wished for at The Firs. From the first moment we saw the venue we knew it was going to work for us. The views are stunning and it is relaxed and peaceful. We had a vision for a Western style wedding and the guys at The Firs were up for it straight away. The team are amazing and really helped us bring our vision to life. They did a great job on the day nothing was too much trouble and we had a lovely night in the onsite cottage. Best day of my life. We had the best wedding day we could have wished for at The Firs. From the first moment we saw the venue we knew it was going to work for us. The views are stunning and it is relaxed and peaceful. Amazing! Couldn’t have been more perfect! Amazing! Couldn’t have been more perfect!
Where to start!?! We found The Firs on Hitched, advertised as a new venue for 2023, with tipis and a woodland area for ceremonies. We made an appointment and Sarah showed us round a very wet, muddy and incomplete wedding venue. But we could see straight away that this was THE PLACE for us. The vision that Sarah and Zak had was exactly what we wanted. We viewed 2 other venues that didn't excite us anywhere near enough. So we went ahead and booked for July 2023. We had lots of opportunity to visit, loads of meetings with the wedding planner, Natalie (who deserves some kind of patience award! lol), we even arranged an engagement photoshoot there for our website. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Having both being married before we had a very specific vision for what we wanted that wasn't a "normal" wedding day and Natalie embraced every suggestion, even liaising with our suppliers to make sure what we wanted would work and fit. Natalie is an asset to The Firs and a real credit to the team, we can't praise her enough. We were able to access the venue the day before to set up, and it was torrential rain. We arrived to buckets in the tipi and Zak pulling up the dancefloor to stop it getting soaked, it looked like the day was going to be a disaster, but along came the team with a whole extension for the front of the Tipi to make it suitable for the rainy weather. They worked non stop that day to get the tipi's suitable and weatherproof and by the time the day was done, it looked beautiful. On the day Natalie kept in touch and the decision was made to move our ceremony to the tipi instead of in the woodland, they made it look so beautiful that I wouldn't change a thing! We had a very windy day and the team stayed on site all day to make sure that everything was safe and everyone was happy, I can't say how hard they worked, because there are no words for it! They must all have been exhausted the next day. We were very well looked after and the day went so smoothly, despite the challenges the weather brought. My hand was never empty of a glass of fizz as Natalie seemed to work some kind of magic and pop up with a new glass whenever I didn't have one. They even made sure Ben's Viking horn was topped up with beer! And to top everything off Natalie took some beautiful pictures and videos and shared them on our wedding app! We wouldn't have changed a single thing and can't thank the team enough for going above and beyond and giving us the most perfect day. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with a fantastic view, gorgeous bar, beautiful woodland and epic tipi's then this is your place.Where to start!?! A real gem!A real gem!
Lovely museum, house and tearoom. Because of Elgars love of dogs the museum admits dogs too. The visit was made even nicer by Diane, who meets and greets everyone and offers to look after dog if needed. She is a delight. The gentleman guide knew lots about Elgar and was very interesting. Magical placeMagical place
We stayed here in the cottage for 3 nights and it is perfect, such a beautiful magical place to stay and explore, we had a walk up to the church which has stunning views, we walked up the field through the woods which is magical at sunset! We can see why anyone would want to get married here.
