Simply stunning!! The Cider Barn is the most beautiful, rustic and charming venue.. its is just so naturally beautiful. From the moment we first saw this venue we fell in love and just knew this was the place for our special day. We want to say a big thankyou to Pauline the events manager... THANKYOU ❤️ you are absolutely amazing from our first meeting till the end you are so kind and made us feel so at ease and helped us create our dream wedding, so very good at what you do and a beautiful person to. Food.... wow wow wow the food was phenomenal so many compliments day and night. The food was tailored to our tastes but then they were even more amazing than we could of imagined so a huge thankyou to Sophie you and your kitchen team are wizards thankyou so much. Last but not least a massive thankyou to all the staff as they have all been totally amazing.. so very kind, attentive and worked incredibly hard to give us a truly magical and seamless wedding day. The cider barn is a perfect space for a relaxed wedding. We'd been here many times before for Sunday lunches so we knew the food would be amazing and it didn't disappoint. In the lead up we had plenty of meetings with Pauline who guided us with our choices, we were able to decorate the day before, bring our own lights, fire pit and croquet for outdoors, which helped keep everything relaxed. On the day there were no issues, the team were brilliant and everyone had a great time. I can't fault it!

Choosing our wedding reception venue was super easy for us. Since moving to Pembridge back in 2017, my now husband and I, regularly visited The Cider Barn near Pembridge to sample their Sunday lunches, evening menus, music evenings and Sunday BBQ’s, plus their wonderful wines, ciders and ales. The food was always fantastic- of such high quality- well thought out and executed dishes, using fresh, local ingredients. From our initial booking enquiry, everything ran so smoothly. We had meetings with Pauline (the Cider Barn’s Weddings & Events Co-ordinator) and with Sophie and Paul who run the Cider Barn, to talk through logistics, availability, food and wine choices. We immediately felt in safe hands when it came to having our wedding reception there. Our food on the day was outstanding. Comments from our guests, was that it was the best food they had been served whilst attending a wedding- the compliments stand for the 3- course meal and our evening food. In terms of the venue itself, The Cider Barn simply oozes character and charm. The barn is airy and spacious; walls adorned with artwork by local artists depicting cows and deer (plus a couple of chicken sculptures). The adjoining terraced area and field at the rear which looks out across the glorious Herefordshire landscape, gave us lots of different spaces for our guests to mingle and enjoy – in particular the younger guests loved having plenty of space to burn off energy and climb all over the hay bales. We remember stepping into our reception venue on the day and the barn looking so beautiful. Everything had been placed with such care; the cake, our flower arrangements, table decorations (the attention to detail on the tables was incredible), the whole venue looked magical. We couldn’t be happier that we opted for the rustic charm of The Cider Barn venue for our special day. Thank you to all the team for everything.

I was best man at my best friend’s wedding at The Cider Barn and it was awesome! The venue has a great atmosphere and fantastic views. The food was wonderful. Have visited again since just for the food.

Incredible venue, great food, my sister and brother in law had a lovely wedding, staff were incredibly attentive. The scenery and location are ideal.

We had the most perfect wedding at The Cider Barn. The whole team were so helpful from start to finish nothing was to much. The food was delicious and the menu created by Sophie was exactly what we had in mind for our special day. Our guests were blown away by the character of the venue and how beautiful it is. I could not recommend The Cider Barn enough it's just perfect !

From the moment we first contacted Pauline about The Cider Barn hosting our wedding, she and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make the day perfect. Responses to questions were quick and informative, all options - regardless of price - were offered equally, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The venue is beautiful and many of our guests commented on what a special place it was. Just fantastic!

From our first meeting with Pauline, the Events Manager and subsequent meetings with Pauline and Sophie the Head Chef we were confident that our special day would be well organised. Flexibility was the key for us and nothing was too much trouble. Despite our day being Friday the 13th everything went as planned and an enjoyable day was had by us and our family and friends. We would definitely recommend The Cider Barn as a wedding/special event venue.
