Couldn't have asked for more
We held our wedding reception at The Biscuit Factory just over a week ago, and it was everything we could have wished for. The venue itself is gorgeous - we were in The Biscuit Room, which we were worried would look too big and empty as it's a large space, but actually, even with relatively small numbers (around 60 for the day) felt the perfect size, lovely and bright, with lots of room. We loved how the atmosphere could change in the evening too with different lighting. Lots of guests said how much they enjoyed being able to look around the gallery. Faye and the team were incredible, so helpful and made nothing feel like an inconvenience, even dealing with Covid-delays, and last minute changes to numbers and seating plans (even on the day itself!) The food, of course, was amazing and we loved being able to customise our wedding breakfast menu. Overall, we were so glad we chose The Biscuit Factory for our special day, and really couldn't recommend it enough.

Wonderful wedding venue (especially during the pandemic!)
We had our wedding at the Biscuit Factory in October 2020 - so that meant a 15 person wedding with a variety of restrictions. However we had the most beautiful wedding. The venue is a fantastic space - it was so special to get married in the art gallery amongst the different pieces! They arranged the space so well and somehow made 15 size wedding seem normal! The prosecco and canape reception was lovely - everyone loved the canapes which were very delicious and was great to be able to look around the art too. They kept the atmosphere relaxed so it was easy to forget about covid etc. The sit down meal in artisan downstairs was delicious and everyone loved the food - very high standard. We couldn't have entertainment due to the restrictions, so our family and friends (13 of them) shared little memories / read poems / said little speeches. Faye was great leading up to the event even though we only met on zoom beforehand (because of restrictions). She was very helpful, accommodating and made the day run very smoothly. Would definitely recommend *****

Everything we dreamed it would be & more!
Beautiful venue, fantastic attention to detail and an excellent day all round. Like many, our plans had to be adjusted several times due to COVID but Faye was absolutely brilliant in helping us rearrange & plan with ease. Communication was consistent & nothing was too much trouble. The venue itself is stunning and as soon as we viewed it, we knew it was the place for us. We had a short ceremony in the gorgeous gallery space upstairs with a drinks reception followed by food & dancing in Artisan. The food was outstanding & the level of service from the team was fantastic. Everyone felt so relaxed, so well looked after and had a thoroughly wonderful time. We wouldn’t have changed a thing

The Perfect Wedding
We are one week after our wedding now and we are still pinching ourselves. We unfortunately fell into a strange time where we had to change our guest numbers multiple times with changing restrictions due to COVID. Nonetheless, Faye and her colleagues were extremely helpful and understanding along the way. The venue is extremely beautiful, in particular The Artisan Room. As soon as we viewed the venue, our minds were made up. The day could not have ran any smoother. Our guests complimented the venue, food and overall atmosphere a countless number of times. Would highly recommend the venue for any couple looking to get married in the near future. Faye, Tom and the rest of the staff are all extremely welcoming and accommodating

Perfect intimate wedding
The Biscuit Factory gallery is a beautiful choice for a wedding venue, for those who like something different, compared to all the typical wedding venues out there. We chose Artisan to hold our wedding breakfast and evening reception. This is a lovely space with the exposed brick work and wooden tables and velvet chairs. Again a perfect choice for something alternative. Faye and her team were amazing. They helped when we had to move our original date due to the gallery being closed due to the lockdown. Even though we still had restrictions in place on our new wedding date, Faye made sure we made the best of our day. Everyone commented on how lovely the day was and the food was a big hit! Thank you for an amazing day!

Couldn’t have wished for better
When we decided to get married we always knew the biscuit factory would be high up on our options list, the space is amazing. When we met Faye she made the whole thing feel so relaxed that there was no contest. We had to plan and amend our wedding plans due to the recent pandemic, and Faye and the Biscuit Factory couldn’t have been more supportive and accommodating, they were flexible and made sure we had everything we needed in place to go ahead. They supported our own touches and made the day feel really personal to us, completely understanding what we wanted. The day itself ran perfectly thanks to their organisation, we had an amazing time, all our guests loved the venue and the food! Couldn’t have wished for a better place to get married.
