Whether you love country-house opulence, vintage weddings, contemporary design – or something entirely different – you can decorate our spaces to your own taste. The Alexander Centre’s period details and light spaciousness provide an ideal backdrop for your photographs. Our ceremony room, with its period features (high ceiling, lovely cornicing, large windows and parquet flooring) provides a light and elegant space for the happy couple and up to 50 guests. Our large hall can be dressed with ceiling and wall drapes; comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests for a sit-down meal, with plenty of space for dancing afterwards, and opens out onto a lovely private garden. The licensed bar provides a further connected space to chat and mingle. And it’s super-easy for your family and friends to get here or stay here. Everything in the town is within a 5-10 minute walk: three large car parks, Faversham station (with its High Speed links to London, Ebbsfleet and Kent) as well as a range of b&bs and small hotels. Faversham is a charming, historic town, with over 400 Listed Buildings and great places to eat, drink, visit and explore.
