We have a simple pricing structure starting from £3,500 for 175 guests for the venue, including chairs and tables, lighting and hard covered floor, luxury toilets and car parking, and the facility to decorate the marquee as per your theme. You will have access to the marquee 3 days before your big day for decorations etc.
You can choose your own caterers and your own drinks suppliers. There is no corkage fee either. But we are on hand to offer all these services if needed.

When coming from Borstal, go under the bridges and take the IMMEDIATE right hand turn. It is a private road so may not come on your sat-nav and can be a tricky turn as it is quite obscure. But follow that and you will come to the white Manor, that's us!
