The best venue The best venue
We got married at Crown Lodge on 02/04/26, and we truly could not fault a single thing. From start to finish, it was the best day of our lives, and everything ran seamlessly. A huge, special thank you to Kylie, who was absolutely fantastic. From the very first day we met her, she was so warm and welcoming. She was always there whenever we had a question and made the entire process feel effortless. If you're looking for a venue that cares, we can't recommend Crown Lodge and Kylie enough. We truly felt we got excellent value for money given the high quality of service and the beautiful setting.We got married at Crown Lodge on 02/04/26, and we truly could not fault a single thing. From start to finish, it was the best day of our lives, and everything ran seamlessly. A huge, special thank you to Kylie, who was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend Crown Lodge enough! When my husband and I first visited the venue we knew it was the one. Even though we first saw it in foggy rainy February and couldn’t see the gorgeous view!! Working with the wonderful people at Crown Lodge was such a pleasure. Kylie was so approachable, kind and friendly. It made the process very easy for us! On the wedding day itself I cannot thank them enough for everything Kylie and the team did. They made the whole day run so smoothly. We cannot thank them enough for everything. It was the perfect venue for our wedding and is truly such a breathtaking place. I whole heartedly recommend this venue for your wedding and am so happy we got married there.I cannot recommend Crown Lodge enough! Crown Lodge is such a beautiful wedding venue, although we had to get married inside due to the weather, it was still a beautiful ceremony. Kylie was amazing from the moment we booked 2 years ago until we picked up everything the morning after, she made everything easy, great communication and from the multiple visits to the lead up to the day she was attentive and helpful throughout. Even now we still get comments on how beautiful the venue was and having access to the Wye Downs made some amazing pictures. It’s a day we will never forget and are truly grateful for Kylie and the staff at Crown Lodge.Crown Lodge is such a beautiful wedding venue, although we had to get married inside due to the weather, it was still a beautiful ceremony. We had the most incredible experience at Crown Lodge – it was the perfect place for our special day! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a truly magical atmosphere. A huge thank you to Kylie, the amazing coordinator, who was so helpful, organised, and genuinely lovely throughout the whole process. We had our wedding at Crown Lodge in Ashford in May 2025, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. From the moment we booked two years ago, the team were amazing – especially Kylie, our wedding coordinator. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole journey, answering every question and making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect size for our smaller wedding – cosy and intimate inside, but never cramped. The views over the North Downs are just stunning and made for the most incredible photos. The whole setting felt so peaceful and special. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was and how special it felt. It really was the perfect place for our day, and we’re so grateful to the Crown Lodge team for helping make it unforgettable. We had the most perfect day! The venue is absolutely stunning with the whole wedding taking place in one location. We were over the moon to get married outside at the alter which gives a lovely woodland feel. Kyle, Crown Lodge's go-to superwomen made the whole build up and day run perfect. We met Kyle a few times, I was able to take my bridal party to the venue several times, we messaged/emailed a lot when I had little questions or queries. The day of the wedding Kyle was available to sort anything if needed and making the day run smoothly in the background without you noticing. Kyle was a dream! Crown Lodge is a beautiful venue alone but on top of that you have the stunning views from the garden! I'd do the day all over again with the click of a finger.We had the most perfect day! Crown lodge was the first venue we viewed but we just knew as soon as we visited that it was the place we wanted tot get married! Its beautiful! And the views are stunning. We didn't want a huge venue which had the potential to feel cold and empty - especially as we got married in October, so this venue was perfect! Cosy and comfortable, beautiful inside and out and the staff are amazing! Kylie is who we dealt with, and nothing was ever too much for her, even when it all got a bit stressful for me in the last week. She was there to help and provide advice and it was clear she genuinely cares. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, classy, intimate wedding! Crown Lodge is the perfect venue. We had a relatively small wedding with a ceremony in their inside space with 20 loved ones and a further 40 guests join us for the evening. We had the most incredible day, for the weeks leading up to the wedding we had lovely Kylie, helping to organise and finalise little details that I would never have even thought of. She was always available to answer a question or settle a worry and took away any stress I had when it came to planning and timings. Kylie coordinated with suppliers brilliantly to ensure seamless running of everything. Kylie and her team even helped decorate the cake and make it look pretty for me, so I didn’t have to worry on the day. The venue is beautiful and the staff were absolutely incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and they truly made everything such a joy. I don’t really have any other words to emphasise their brilliance at crown lodge, other than that I know if you were to choose them for your wedding, you would have 0 regrets. I wish we could go back each year and just do the day over! We had our wedding in July- and honestly couldn’t fault the crown lodge, the view and venue itself were absolutely stunning. The staff on the lead up were so responsive answering all of my questions and calming my worries. The staff on the day were amazing, they kept me up to date if we were a little behind and problem solved to keep the day moving smoothly, they were so attentive with making sure us as bride and groom had drinks! Just such smooth experience with them and our wedding was truly one to remember. What's most important to us is that you as a couple along with your family and friends feel relaxed, enjoy the day and create the most memorable memories together.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Plan the day you both want and one you would be happy to remember for years to come. It's a long day, but it goes so fast - so ensure you take time to have some alone time with each other during the day, taking in the moment.

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

We have a few favourites however little snack stations for guests to take home treats for their pets is adorable.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

We are lucky enough to be positioned on the top of the North downs offering the most amazing views however our favourite would be the Avenue located right behind the Lodge itself with its twinkly lights and tall trees. This is the avenue that you walk down as part of the ceremony.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

We haven't yet so still waiting. Fingers crossed it'll be soon!

What’s your favourite canapé?

We dont have a favourite as they are all so yummy however I would say our top 3 our -

Sticky Honey Mustard Sesame Cocktail Sausages, Mac & Cheese Bacon Bites & our well-known Homemade Sausage Rolls with Seasonal Chutney.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Always a sweet something like wedding cake or a Krispy Kreme.
