There are three spaces available for hire, each offering something unique in the heart of the City. • The Council Chamber is a magnificent space entered via the central sweeping staircase. Catering for up to 80 guests for a wedding breakfast the room doubles as a ceremony room for up to 120 guests. • The Assembly Room is not only the largest but also the most adaptable room in the Town Hall, allowing for furniture and equipment layouts tailored to meet every desire. This beautiful space, complete with performance stage, seats up to 200 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 300 for an evening reception. • The Committee Room combines history with comfort and provides the perfect setting for ceremonies for up to 25 people. We offer a versatile and flexible space for you to have your special day, your way. We are a dry hire venue but can assist with special requests where needed. We are here to make your day as easy and magical as possible. There is no request too big or small!
