Located in the heart of the Kent countryside and surrounded by beautiful woodland, Birchwood Park offers a stunning setting for your most special day. The Kelvedon Suite promises a tasteful and elegant venue for your wedding, with a private balcony overlooking the splendid surrounds. We can accommodate various sized parties with a maximum of 120 seated guests and 250 for a buffet. With excellent service and superb cuisine, a private bar, dance floor and amenities exclusive to you ensures Birchwood Park to be the perfect host for your wedding celebrations. Here at Birchwood Park Golf Centre we take pride in our personal touch we add to our customers and understand you cannot experience that until you come and meet with us in person so please to discuss your big day.

Every aspect of our day was perfect, from the food, to the weather to how amazing the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff are so friendly and helpful, it didn't go unnoticed, all our family said you were all so smiley and genuine. Everything was amazing, staff were so professional.
Sam and I just wanted to say a huge thank you, to you and the team at Birchwood for making our wedding evening so special for us. We had the best time and everything went amazingly. From the setup, decor, food, drink and more, it was all fantastic and we couldn’t have hoped for it to go any better. We have had lots of comments on how nice the canapés and bbq were (especially the burger canapés, they went down really well!!), and thanks to the chef for arranging the veggie bits as I had some and they were some of the best veggie bbq I’ve had. The whole service and bar team were great and were so helpful and professional. They all made it so easy for us to enjoy our evening and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. But mostly thank you to you for all your hard work over the last couple of years, not only to rearrange everything to our new date but to make it all happen so seamlessly and accommodating all our requests. We couldn’t have done it without you. We were overwhelmed with how amazing everything looked and went. It’s a great venue for an event which lots of guests kept saying to us too.

The Food Was Amazing!
Hi Sharna Just to say thank you to you, Sue and the rest of the staff for making our wedding day/night so memorable. We were enjoying ourselves so much, we cancelled our taxi at 11.15pm and stayed until the end. Everybody enjoyed the food they said it was amazing, the buffet food looked great, but we didn't get to eat any of it, too busy talking and dancing and the DJ was fantastic. Thank you again.

Absolutely Perfect From Start To Finish.
We first visited Birchwood last year in order to find our perfect wedding venue. We met with Sharna and by the time we left that morning we were sold! There aren’t enough words to describe our experience but Absolutely perfect from start to finish will do for now! Nothing was too much trouble. Sharna and the whole team including Sue and Alex made it all happen without a hitch ! Also a special mention to the bar staff at the reception you were amazing !

We had the Best day! Everything went perfect, we really would not of changed a thing! even the weather was beautiful on the day!
