We had the best day and everything about it was what we imagined and more. All of our guests commented on how great the venue was, how attentive the staff were and the food was outstanding - one guest said it was the best wedding breakfast they've ever had.

We wanted to drop you a quick line before we go to say a massive Thank You to all the team. You were all excellent and we had the best day ever! From the moment we met you we knew you would do us proud and you really did! Dylan and the rest of the staff were exceptional from the moment we checked in and we were looked after and made to feel special. Toast master Stephen took the lead and was such a calming influence. WOW - just a really massive thank you to everyone, especially Kai, for making our dream Wedding a reality. It was the best day of our lives. The staff were absolutely flawless, and Thomas in C&B was superb! All our guests had the best time and have mentioned how amazing the staff were. We will treasure the memories and be wearing our personalised dressing gowns for years to come! Thank you so much again. I am sure we will be back to celebrate anniversaries at Ashdown Park.

'Thank You' seems like such a low-energy response compared to what I am feeling right now. The weekend went by so quickly, and I am now able to reflect on what a magnificent event we had. The venue was stunning, the food was excellent - and everyone was so impressed with the venue. Although, to be fair, who wouldn't be? Room 1 was just fantastic. The staff were great and just couldn't do enough for us. People will be talking about the weekend for a very long time.

Ashdown Park hosted the perfect Wedding Reception for us, we cannot thank the staff enough for the service they provided. Everything was on time, coordinated to perfection, and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. Many of the guests saying it was the best Wedding they had ever been to! Milly, our coordinator, was truly excellent throughout, replying promptly to emails with any queries we had, and made us feel so calm and welcomed on the day. Ashdown Park has a very special place in our hearts.

We could not have imagined it to have gone any better than it did. The Wedding, the food, the venue, the staff; everything was out of this world and provided us with such a memorable day, that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Nothing was too much for you and you all made both of us feel totally at ease with what we thought was going to be a stressful planning experience..it turned out to be the complete opposite due to your professional nature. Well, where do we start! We want to thank you sincerely as we had the most wonderful day. Nothing about the day would we have changed. You and your staff really pulled out all the stops to make us feel very special and absolutely nothing was too much bother. To think that we would have the wedding of our dreams during a global pandemic was unimaginable yet you achieved it. Specifically we would really like to thank Iona. She is a real credit to the hotel; her attitude is flawless, she was able to sort out all of our questions and requests with ease, and she listened patiently to our many changes of opinion with decoration! She had fantastic attention to detail and I’m sure she was a large part of why the day went so well. We really respected the fact that throughout the whole wedding planning experience (rather longer than originally intended as it was!) we consistently saw the same hotel staff, all of whom remembered us with a smile and made us feel welcome. It was very reassuring to then see the same staff on our wedding day. Our guests have all commented on the food; nobody could fault it and all the tweaks we made from the menu tasting were all accommodated on the day. Neither me or Ryan managed to be seated for desert and so it was kept aside for us and re-served with cheese which was a lovely touch. I had made some very specific requests to the bar with respect to wine for my dad and that was remembered all evening too without prompt. We honestly could not fault the service. The venue itself was stunning, the guests were all blown away by the transition from downstairs to upstairs. We want to acknowledge your patience with our indecisiveness on the indoor/outdoor seating with respect to the weather and also accommodating the singer both inside or outside. Finally, the beautiful touch of the embroidered dressing gown gift in our suite was just wonderful. It really was a lovely surprise when we made it back to our suite after the day. We could not be happier with our wedding day, from preparation to checkout, it’s was positively exquisite, we could not of wished for a more incredible day, Tanya was exceptional & helped us so much & being an anxious bride she kept me calm, collected & happy! Ashdown Park Hotel has to be the most perfect venue for any wedding, the grounds are just stunning! Ashdown has become our new 2nd home & we will be dining there regularly & every anniversary will be celebrated there! We simply adore it & all of its features! Thank you Tanya, Claire & Iona for always looking after us when we have visited & we cannot wait to visits again very soon! With our heartfelt Thanks to everyone involved in our wedding day!
