At Hendall Manor Barns, you can create a truly bespoke wedding day tailored entirely to your vision. Choose from our excellent list of approved caterers to design a menu that reflects your tastes, and enjoy the freedom to source and supply your own drinks at cost with no corkage charge. However, if you would find it easier, one of our caterers will offer a per head price including a drinks package with a cash bar in the evening.

We’re happy to recommend trusted florists, photographers, musicians and other wedding professionals, while giving you the flexibility to bring in your own suppliers if you prefer. Our team is always on hand to offer guidance and support whenever you need it.

Whether you’re planning a relaxed yet sophisticated barbecue, a vintage-style afternoon tea, or a formal seated wedding breakfast, our versatile barns can be styled and adapted to bring your ideas to life.

We also offer undercover parking for all guests, ensuring a seamless and dignified arrival. As a fully inclusive venue, all areas are accessible to everyone.

You may choose to hold your ceremony here with a civil celebrant, or marry in a local church before returning to celebrate. The venue is offered on an exclusive-use basis, and we provide self-catering accommodation for the couple and up to 10 family members or friends, allowing you to relax and make the most of your time together.

From the moment we stepped into Hendall, we fell in love with it. We first started viewing venues while we were in the middle of moving house, but unfortunately our sale fell through and everything had to go on pause. The team at Hendall were so understanding and incredibly patient with us during that time. Even after taking a break from wedding planning over Christmas, we couldn’t get Hendall out of our minds, so as soon as we were ready, we got back in touch and were desperate to secure our wedding date. Nicola and Vikki were fantastic throughout the entire planning process. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and they guided us every step of the way. We were welcome to visit the venue as often as we needed and bring along any suppliers to help plan the day, which made everything feel so much easier. As a dry hire venue, you’re responsible for arranging your own food and drinks, but the approved caterers list made this process much less overwhelming. It helped us narrow down our options based on both the style of catering we wanted and our budget. Every meeting and email left us feeling genuinely looked after. Nicola and Vikki are incredibly warm, organised, and experienced. They know exactly how they want the day to run, and for us, that was a huge positive because it meant we could completely switch off, trust everything was in hand, and simply enjoy our wedding day. As Hendall is also the owners home, they take enormous pride in the venue and its grounds, and it’s clear how much they care about maintaining it. That wasn’t an issue for us at all, although a couple of guests did mention that at times they found the communication a little direct during the day. It certainly didn’t take away from what an incredible venue Hendall is or how smoothly everything ran. One of our favourite parts was being able to stay at the venue the night before with both sets of parents and my bridesmaids. Having that extra time together to settle into the venue, relax, and enjoy the build up to the wedding was so special. The Cart Barn bridal suite is another standout feature. We loved having our own beautiful space to get ready in the morning and to stay in on our wedding night. We honestly couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful venue. A massive thank you to you all for your significant contribution in ensuring that my daughter's wedding was the outstanding success that it was. It really could not have gone any better. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves, & there has been nothing but praise for Hendall as a venue, & the outstanding service provided throughout the day. Special thanks to Nicola who was always on hand, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We had a wonderful wedding day. Viki, Peter & Nicola were so helpful from start to finish. They had a list of local suppliers which narrowed down our search and their own handy spreadsheet to make sure everything was to schedule. The venue was spacious, easily accommodating our guests and entertainment. It’s incredibly beautiful with so many spots for great photos. WOW. What a day WOW. What a day
We looked at a few venues but once we’d seen Hendall and met Nic and Peter we knew we were in good hands. The organisation from start to finish was amazing , the wedding day was perfect , they manage EVERYTHING. The first time my wife had been on time for anything. Can’t thank these guys enough. The best choice we could have made. Hendall Manor Barns was so right for us. The setting, the venue, the quality and such wonderful people.....they even arranged the weather, how great was that!! Seriously though, Nicola & Peter the owners, and Viki, our wedding coordinator, were brilliant. Super friendly, ultimately professional and so wonderfully organised, anyone would think that they'd done this a few times before. They have... and it shows. We couldn't have asked for better hosts, and an exceptional team. Their preferred suppliers were superb, guided us at every stage and gently reminded us of things needed, when we got distracted with so much to plan. Hendall have a lovely way to draw a celebration to a natural conclusion, sparklers, lots of sparklers, that flank Bride & Groom when they say goodnight.... It's a tradition, it's great, and it works. We booked our wedding last March and as soon as we saw Hendall Manor Barns , we knew it was the perfect venue for our small wedding. We even cancelled the other viewings we had as soon as we left there ! Nicola, Peter and Viki were fantastic . Everything ran so smoothly and every single guest commented on how amazing the venue is. The caterers ( Amuse ) and the photographer (Anthony Elvy) were on the recommended suppliers list from Hendall, and we could not have chosen any better . Food, service , venue , accommodation and staff were brilliant. I wish I had asked someone to video it all so I could watch it again.
