We offer two packages here at Buxted Park, the first is our Browning Package. This is priced per person and the price changes throughout the year depending on the time of year and day of the week. A minimum number of attendees will apply to this package dependant on wedding date. This packages covers everything that you need for your big day and includes the option for an outdoor ceremony on our stunning Coat of Arms terrace or in the Coat of Arms Lounge. You will have access to private terraces overlooking the lakes and lawns for drinks and our impressive Ballroom will host your wedding breakfast for up to 120 guests. You will be allocated a dedicated wedding co-ordinator to guide you through planning the wedding, and on the day itself our Master of Ceremonies will guide you and your guests through the day. We have two getting ready rooms for the morning preparations and a selection of 6 individually designed wedding suites for you to select from. Ahead of your wedding you will be invited for a menu tasting, your opportunity to sample the wines and pick your wedding menu. On the day itself the package includes a reception drink following your ceremony with canapes (best served on a lawn!) and a three course wedding breakfast with half a bottle of wine per person. A glass of bubbles to toast the happy couple with speeches is included before the evening celebrations. You will have a private bar, dance floor and select your evening food from our selection of evening menus. You can add on use of the Victorian Orangery for your ceremony at a supplement of £1,500. A wedding suite is included for the happy couple and we have a selection of bedrooms for your guests to book so you can all enjoy breakfast together the next day.

We offer two packages here at Buxted Park, this is our Palladian Exclusive Use. This is priced as a package including 70 guests and a selection of bedrooms. The price changes throughout the year depending on the time of year and day of the week and you will have 25-40 bedrooms included, dependant on wedding date. You are then able to sell these rooms to your guests, via an online booking code at a rate of your choosing. We will collect the money from your guests and refund you this after so, if you were to sell for example, 40 bedrooms at a rate of £150 then we will refund you £6,000 after your wedding. This packages covers everything that you need for your big day and total exclusivity of the hotel, all of the function rooms and bedrooms. You will be allocated a dedicated wedding co-ordinator to guide you through planning the wedding, and on the day itself our Master of Ceremonies will guide you and your guests through the day. Ahead of your wedding you will be invited for a menu tasting, your opportunity to sample the wines and pick your wedding menu and you are able to offer your guests a choice menu. You are spoilt for choice with this package as you can host your ceremony in any of our 6 ceremony areas: The Coat of Arms lounge, The Coat of Arms Lawn, The Orangery, The Orangery Pond, The Orangery lawn or the Library. The night prior you have three complimentary bedrooms and we have two getting ready rooms for the morning preparations. On the day itself the package includes a reception drink following your ceremony with canapes (best served on a lawn!) and a three course wedding breakfast with half a bottle of wine per person. A glass of bubbles to toast the happy couple with speeches is included before the evening celebrations. You will have a private bar, dance floor and select your evening food from our selection of evening menus or perhaps a BBQ or Hog Roast.

Gemma, our wonderful wedding coordinator extrordinair ( her official title being Sales and Events Executive) was so very patient with us in answering all our questions as they occurred, she made us feel like nothing was too much of a problem or too difficult to achieve . Gemma really made sure our day was so memorable and special for us and our guests . We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel and it's incredible team . Thank you !! Best day ever !! We had the most incredible wedding day thanks to the team at Buxted Park. Our wedding coordinator was super helpful and proactive leading up to our wedding. Our on the day master of ceremony which was included in our package was incredible. I felt the value for money was really positive compared to many other Venues we explored and I’m glad we chose Buxted Park hotel to be our venue of choice. The photos were incredible and the grounds are stunning. Indoor and outdoor ceremony options catering for all preferences We had the most incredible wedding day thanks to the team at Buxted Park. Buxted staff were all amazing, attentive and extremely helpful especially our dog and in 30 degree heat! The event planners, master of ceremonies and operations managers are all excellent, flexible and very professional. The food and drinks were tasty and looked beautiful, rooms were extremely comfortable and clean! Having exclusivity of the whole venue was perfect and meant our guests had plenty of space to celebrate or relax when needed. The whole day went as we wanted. We shall be recommending Buxted as a venue to anyone we know who gets married in the future! Buxted staff were all amazing, attentive and extremely helpful especially our dog and in 30 degree heat! The event planners, master of ceremonies and operations managers are all excellent, flexible and very professional. The food and drinks were tasty and looked beautiful, rooms were extremely comfortable and clean! We got married at Buxted Park in December and choosing this venue was the best decision we made! We wanted a December wedding and struggled to find a venue where the inside spaces were as nice as the outside and Buxted Park ticked all the boxes for us. The venue is beautiful with plenty of spaces to suit different wedding sizes and styles. The whole team at Buxted really make the experience second to none. From viewing the venue, to the planning meetings to the day itself, the entire team were amazing. Especially Gemma in the lead up who was always quick to answer our questions and advise us and the team on the day were exceptional. We got married at Buxted Park Hotel on 31 December 2025, and have only just come back down from the wedding high. The most incredible day for our New Year's Eve wedding and we cannot thank the team at Buxted enough. From the moment we visited we knew it was the place for us; the grounds and hotel are stunning and the team are experts in what they do. Every member of staff we interacted with through the whole process were so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. Our guests have all commented on how wonderful everything was from their perspective too. The food was delicious and plentiful, drinks were flowing and the evening fireworks, oh my goodness - extraordinary. Couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect wedding day at Buxted Hotel. From the start, Becca, our Co-ordinator, was so warm and excited for our journey. Each time we visited Buxted, we were always blown away by how friendly the staff were to any guest and nothing was too much to ask. As we approached our big day, Becca was ‘on it’ with checking in and finalising last details or changes. On the day, Phil our MOC and Jamie were truly excellent at making the day a success, making all of us feel calm and comfortable and bringing an excitable energy. All guests have raved about the delicious food and magical atmosphere. The rooms and suites are also a wonderful part of the experience - I wish I could do it all again! From London Leave M25 junction 6 towards A22 East Grinstead and Eastbourne. Follow the A22 until you reach the roundabout with the A26. Turn left at the roundabout to A26 Tunbridge Wells. Turn right at next roundabout to the A272 Heathfield. Take an immediate left still following the A272. At traffic lights, continue straight on and the hotel is 1 mile on your right. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

That's a super hard question to answer as they are all the best, as long as they are individual to the couple! I personally, love an outdoors ceremony at Buxted Park Hotel because the views are stunning and a real wow for your guests. Be it pondside or on one of our manicured lawn area the photo opportunities are incredible!

I am a big fan of mixing up the layout for the wedding breakfast to suite the couples vibe, perhaps a 'Caterpillar' layout for more intimate weddings, lovely long tables in what i'd call 'Hogwarts' layout or traditional rounds.

With the view we have here I always encourage my couples to make the most of it, maybe the first dance under the stars, a sparkler shot to end the night.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?

My number one planning tip would be preparation, do as much in advance as you can to ensure you can enjoy the build up. Don't make the mistake of leaving a lot until the last minute, it really adds unnecessary stress.

And most importantly, remember it is your day and to focus on what you truly want and not worry about pleasing guests and families!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

I had a Groom who was a tiler and a Bride who did calligraphy, their favours were individual tiles where the Bride had wrote each individual guests name and these acted as their favours and place names. It was such a nice personal touch and really linked directly to the couple.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

It's hard to pick just one! The Oriental Terrace has breath-taking views over the lake and 312 acres, The Queen Mary walk overlooks the grounds and the pond provides incredible reflections.

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

Denise Lewis got married here at Buxted Park. We have also had many celebrity guests including Holly Willoughby, Dermot O'Leary and Brian May.

If we are going more historically then we can add George V, Winston Churchill, Queen Mary, Marlon Brando to name a few :)

What’s your favourite canapé?

They are all delicious and it depends on the season. Charceuterie cups or a delicate tartlet are great for Summer and Spring, Sirloin served on chunky chips are a hearty offering for Autumn and Winter but everyone loves Mini beef and wasabi mayonnaise Yorkshire puddings, Sun blushed tomato arancini and mini Taco's or fish and chip cones.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

You can't beat a sweet treat and Chef's dessert station is the ultimate. Some of our wedding couple's do opt to add midnight snacks for their guests including cones of fish and chips, bacon baps, stone fire pizzas or a burger station.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

Our grounds set us apart from other venues. We have 312 acres including an ornamental pond and stunning lake. These areas are incredibly popular for couples to take their photos. We are licensed in 3 outdoor and 3 indoor areas.
