We pride ourselves on providing a wedding venue for couples to “enjoy your special day with everything in one place.” Here at York Barn, we are surrounded by 15 acres of picturesque countryside and only 4 miles from York City Centre, with the ability to sleep up to 113 guests over 13 cottages. The BEST venue!! The BEST venue!!
We cannot thank the team at Villa Farm enough for everything they did for us for our big day in June. A special thanks to Nicole and Ola, nothing seemed too much and they both always went above and beyond. The venue looked absolutely stunning and even the turtles in the pond made an appearance for our special day. The cottages were clean, cosy and the hot tubs were a great addition to get the weekend celebrations started. The whole weekend could not have been anymore perfect & we would recommend Villa Farm to any bride & grooms looking for a venue. We held our office Christmas party at York Barn this year and it was brilliant. The venue is fantastic and was decorated beautifully. The food was delicious and the team were incredible - they were so attentive and so much fun. We booked York Barn for a corporate event and it was a perfect venue! Easily accessible and a beautiful space. The large bi-fold across the length of the barn and the covered patio made it the ideal hybrid indoors/outdoor space. Nicole was amazing and really hands on - nothing was too much trouble! All our guests said what a great day they had and how amazing the venue was :)We booked York Barn for a corporate event and it was a perfect venue! Easily accessible and a beautiful space. We choose Villa Farm for our Conference. I cannot recommend the venue and facilities highly enough. The staff were very professional and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and catering staff lovely. Some of our delegates stayed at the venue and were impressed with the cottages. They enjoyed having a social space to interact outside the conference and found it much better than staying in a hotel and going back to a room. Thank you Corrina, Nicole and the Team.We choose Villa Farm for our Conference. I cannot recommend the venue and facilities highly enough. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

One of our favourite personal touches we've seen at a wedding was when a couple printed a photo of each guest as their 'place name' and included a handwritten note for each one. It added such a thoughtful, personal touch, making every guest feel special and appreciated.
