At Wootton hall we are truly unique in the way we deliver weddings. Our offering includes everything you will require from your venue including all catering, venue hire, crockery and such like. There simply are no hidden costs.
Essentially, you will only require in addition to this; garments to wear, rings to exchange, a cake to cut, decorative adornments and entertainment.
For the Foodies
We have rapidly become known for our incredible food, our chefs are of the highest calibre, ensuring your culinary experience will be talked about for months to come. Produce is grown within our own kitchen garden and transformed into unforgettable dishes by our talented kitchen team. Food is at the heart of what we do and we are truly unique in offering such exceptional quality food for wedding celebrations, expect the finest restaurant quality dishes during your wedding breakfast.
Ceremony Spaces
Breathtaking ceremony spaces include our opulent and joyful white ballroom which is flooded with natural light all year round with dramatic floor to ceiling sash windows and views over the grounds. This unique space is a triumph of elegance and quiet grandeur with an inimitable sense of calmness and tranquility.
The morning room captures a soft light and has our largest capacity for an indoor wedding in the hall. Accommodating one hundred guests for your ceremony this spectacular space displays original Georgian features, grand fireplace, floor to ceiling sash windows and views over the tennis lawn.
Outdoor weddings can be enjoyed under the impressive backdrop of the hall, in the English walled garden, under our canvas stretch tent or on the quintessentially English tennis lawn.
Accommodation
The Wootton Hall Estate can accommodate twenty three across three private suites in the hall and three cottages on the estate, each with their own hot tub. This includes our bridal wing which is a sumptuous and serene space for you to relax with its own entrance hall, luxurious private bathroom with huge shower and bathtub with views over the kitchen gardens, a large separate dressing room for hair and make up and a vast dual aspect bedroom. With the whole west wing of the hall to yourself you’ll be totally undisturbed. We are also partnered with the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, just a few moments drive away, who offer discounted room rates and transport for Wootton Hall guests, making arranging extra accommodation for guests very easy.

Do you only offer three day weddings?
No, whilst our weekend weddings span three days our midweek weddings are two day events.
Can we extend our weekend into the Sunday afternoon?
Yes, absolutely - you may extend your weekend celebrations by enjoying the estate's grounds in the summer time, utilising our tennis lawn or golf course for some relaxing leisure time before a barbecue with your nearest and dearest. In the cooler months you may wish to take a long walk, play board games in front of roaring fires in the hall, enjoy a soak in the bath or enjoy our hot tubs and rejoin your guests for a comforting and indulgent Sunday lunch in our botanical dining room.
How many guests can stay?
We have accommodation on the estate for twenty three guests, comprising of three luxury suites within the hall as well as cottages dotted around the estate - we are also partnered with the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, just a few moments drive away, who offer discounted room rates and transport for Wootton Hall guests.
Is the bar card only?
No, we accept both cash and card
Do Taxis service your venue?
Yes, we are happy to provide a list of recommended taxi companies who are familiar with the venue and who service this area during wedding season.
Do you have a recommended pricing for the estate accommodation so that we may pass this cost onto our staying guests?
Absolutely, should you wish to share room prices with your overnight guests we will be happy to share this with you.
Is there a PA system for speeches?
Yes, we have a large bluetooth speaker and connecting microphone which you are welcome to use should you wish.
Are there any other 'hidden' costs that we may not be aware of?
There are no necessary additional costs that will occur on top of your package from us.
Please note that a Wootton Hall Wedding includes everything that you need to celebrate your wedding with us, including the use of; chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen napkins. There are no hidden costs for items such as these.
What is the bar and music license cut off time on the night of the wedding?

Can we bring our dog to join us at our wedding?
At Wootton Hall, we understand just how much a part of the family a dog can feel, and so we welcome you to invite your dog to join you for part of your wedding day to be included in a handful of your special photographs, under the conditions outlined within our Pet Policy.
