We've been privileged to host everything from intimate twilight weddings to full-day celebrations with 200 guests, and no two are ever the same. Some couples create elegant, timeless celebrations, while others fill the day with personal touches, live entertainment and surprises for their guests.

Our number one tip is simple: don't try to plan everything at once.

Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, so break it down into manageable steps and focus on one decision at a time. Start with the big things—your venue, date and guest list—and let everything else build naturally from there. Most importantly, plan a day that reflects you as a couple, not what you think everyone else expects. And remember, you don't have to do it alone. Your wedding coordinator is there to guide you through every stage, answer your questions and help make the entire planning journey as enjoyable and stress-free as your wedding day itself.

We’ve had our fair share of star-studded moments… though we like to keep the details under wraps! While we can’t name names, we can promise that every couple and their guests are treated like VIPs, and no matter who walks through our doors, every wedding feels truly special and unforgettable.

It’s hard to pick just one, as our canapé menu is full of crowd-pleasers! If we had to choose, the prawn cocktail crostinis are always a favourite — fresh, light, and full of flavour. The roast beef on a parsnip crisp with horseradish also gets a lot of love for something a little indulgent, and the goat’s cheese & caramelised red onion crostinis are perfect for guests who enjoy a rich, vegetarian option. Honestly, every canapé is designed to impress and give a delicious taste of what’s to come at your wedding breakfast!

When the dancing is in full swing and your guests fancy a late-night treat, we've got you covered!

Our indulgent Dessert Sharing Platter is perfect for satisfying those evening sweet cravings, featuring a delicious selection of cookie dough cheesecake, triple chocolate brownies, chocolate chip cookies, fresh strawberries, raspberry coulis and double cream – ideal for sharing around the table and keeping the celebrations going.

Looking for something a little different? Our famous Cakeaway, handcrafted by the talented team at Windmill Farm, is a real crowd favourite. Think layers of sponge, fresh cream and your favourite flavours, beautifully presented as a wedding cake that's as delicious as it looks. It's even included in our Willow Package, or can be added to any wedding package as an optional extra.

Whichever you choose, your evening guests certainly won't be going home hungry!

Our couples love that we have 20 comfortable on-site hotel bedrooms, allowing family and friends to stay together and continue the celebrations long after the last dance. With a complimentary Bridal Suite included on selected packages, you can wake up as newlyweds and gather everyone for breakfast the following morning, sharing stories, laughter and your favourite moments from the day before. It's these little moments that make your wedding celebration even more memorable.
