We got married at The Walled Garden in May 2024, the day itself was absolutely perfect, we had a dream day. I think what’s important to say, is when it comes to planning a wedding and working with a venue, everything that comes before the big day is just as important. Working with Sonia and Grace to plan our big day was seamless. Nothing was too much, never too many questions. It was such a pleasure to work with them. We cannot thank them enough. The walled garden will forever have a place in our hearts and we cannot wait to return.

Our wedding day at Baumber Walled Garden was nothing short of enchanting. We had the honor of being the first couple to celebrate our special day in their new venue, and it was an experience we will forever cherish. Venue Atmosphere: Baumber Walled Garden provided the most idyllic backdrop for our wedding. The historic charm of the old walled garden, combined with the new venue's modern amenities, created an atmosphere that was both romantic and timeless. From the moment we began planning to the final moments of our reception, they were attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Their dedication to ensuring our day ran smoothly was evident, and they truly made us feel like the most important couple in the world. Catering: The food at our wedding was absolutely divine. The culinary team at Baumber Walled Garden exceeded our expectations with a menu that was both delicious and beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the gourmet dishes, and it was evident that every plate was prepared with care and expertise. Weather and Outdoor Setting: We were blessed with perfect weather on our wedding day, and the outdoor setting of the walled garden couldn't have been more ideal. The sun bathed the garden in a warm, golden light, and we exchanged our vows under a canopy of blue skies and gentle breezes. It was a fairytale come to life. Overall Experience: Our wedding day at Baumber Walled Garden was a dream come true. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. The venue, the food, and the people who made it all happen exceeded our wildest expectations. We are immensely grateful to the entire team at Baumber Walled Garden for their dedication and hard work in ensuring our day was perfect. Our wedding was an absolute fairy tale, and we couldn't have asked for a better start to our journey together as a married couple. We just had to send you a little note to say a big thank you to all the staff who helped, in any way, to make this such a special day for R and J, family and friends. We have had so many comments of the day ranging from the beautiful setting and gardens, wedding venue and delicious Lincolnshire Platter. Although a little windy at times we were lucky with the weather and could sit out in the gardens in the evening, have a drink and prepare for dancing! ...

The team at the Walled Garden looked after us so well from first meeting to the big day. They listened to our ideas and got to know us. No request was too big or too small. We felt like they really cared about us having a great day. Now the new building is ready, I'm sure the place is even better than it was! The gardens are gorgeous and make for some brilliant photos too.

Such a unique, ingenious, quirky & super cute garden! Even the tearoom (& outdoor seating) is gorgeous! Not big but worthy!

Absolutely beautiful I had never even heard of this place until I visited yesterday for the Steampunk weekend! A true Lincolnshire gem, stunning walled garden, with ample parking and gorgeous scenery. A large pond area gives impressive reflections with a quaint wooden bridge to walk across at one end. Many different scenes, including some beach huts with sand, and a quirky snack shack give the place so much character. A great amount of seating dotted all over... more on Google reviews

Didn’t quite know what to expect when we first arrived, but, WOW! we were very impressed with the afternoon tea. Along with our pot of tea there was a selection of delicious sandwiches with crisps, quiche and sausage roll. A very tasty fruit scone with butter, jam and clotted cream, if that wasn’t enough, there were also two lovely little glasses of creamy mousse with fresh fruit. Not forgetting to mention the delectable assortment of cakes Everything appeared to be home made...

My son and his partner had their wedding at The Walled Garden recently. A stunning location providing everything you could possibly need for your big day. From planning at the very beginning to the actual day, the staff were superb. Everything ran smoothly. The new Montagues venue is beautiful, offering plenty of space for the reception and evening entertainment. All in all we had a day we will never forget. Thankyou WGB.
