We now have our BRAND NEW beautiful indoor wedding venue 'Montagues' on-site!
WGB is a venue with pockets of gardens knitted together that create this incredible space. Surrounded by woodlands it is described as a hidden gem! Couples can choose to marry anywhere in the garden but most choose our beautiful pavilion in the centre of the garden.
With your family and friends sat in comfortable deck chairs you can enjoy an intimate and relaxed ceremony. We can also offer you just a reception after a church wedding with there being many beautiful local churches in the area. Our bespoke service offers you opportunity to be as involved as you like in the design and planning of your special day!

The day was what every parent dreams of!
What an absolutely fabulous day it was from beginning to end, nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was incredible. The day is built around the couple & personalised to their preferences, unlike some venues that are 'this is what we do'. The hospitality offered here, is second to none! The day was what every parent dreams of for their daughter's wedding day! The WGB will always hold a special place in our hearts full of fond memories.

A dream come true for our daughter's wedding
We selected the WGB from many local wedding venues, as from the first contact, they were nothing but professional, always available to answer queries, every member of the team friendly, and we felt that nothing was ever too much trouble. The gardens are beautiful, their hospitality second to none, the food delicious, & service efficient. They pride themselves on showing attention to detail and aim to give the happy couple & their families the wedding they're dreaming of. It was the perfect day from beginning to end, matched exactly to what my daughter & her husband-to-be wanted. Nothing needed to be compromised and they delivered on all that they promised. We just wish we could do it all over again! We highly recommend the Walled Garden at Baumber, it's the best place ever.

Walled Garden Baumber was the perfect setting for our wedding day. It was the only venue we viewed and we fell in love with it straight away! Sonia and the team were amazing throughout the whole planning process. Our guests could not compliment the venue enough. We love it so much we can’t stay away and have visited many times to relive our special day.

The day we dreamed about
My partner and I got married at the Walled Garden Baumber and it was truly a magical day, it was everything we wanted and more, Sonia and the team went above and beyond to make sure our day was just what we wanted, they were always on hand to answer even the silliest of questions and couldn’t do enough for us, the wedding breakfast has been commented on by all our guest as outstanding quality and tasted amazing, such a beautiful setting for a fantastic day.

Amazing wedding location
My sister had her wedding here last summer, it was absolutely stunning!! We couldn’t fault it, the location, the food and the service were all 5 star!! Cannot recommend it enough 🥰

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We have many photo opportunities in the Walled Garden itself: In front of the lake, the original entrance, the woodland walk however we are partial to our new venues beautiful arched window by the original garden walls!
What’s your favourite canapé?
It wouldn't be a Lincolnshire venue without our mini Lincolnshire sausages in honey! However our vegan stuffed mushrooms are to die for or maybe even our mini Yorkshire puddings with beef and horseradish ... we cant choose!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
We can provide a range of evening food. Outside suppliers such as pizza vans or fish and chips OR we offer in house BBQs, cheese and biscuits or yummy breakfast rolls!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
A rare double walled garden set in a dense woodland in the countryside! Blooming with history and flowers, whats more unique than that!
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We offer local Lincolnshire produce where we can supporting local business for our food and drinks!
