Beautiful little gem of a place, especially when the sun's out for an outdoor wedding ceremony! Had the pleasure of shooting a wedding here a while ago. Lovely food and friendly staff too

We got married at the Swan Hotel in May 2023 and it was an absolutely amazing day. The whole process of planning with Molly was super easy and the day itself was completely faultless thanks to Molly and the team for being so attentive. Hotel rooms, location and service was brilliant and would recommend to others. Everyone had a great time. Thanks Molly!

We was very lucky to have had our wedding here. The location and the village is absolutely beautiful. Our day was just perfect thanks to the wonderful Molly and all the team at the Swan hotel. Everything was well organised and ran so smoothly we didn't have to worry or do a thing. Our guests all enjoyed every moment and would return. Obviously we are returning as much as possible. We got married on 9th December 2022 and from start to finish it was everything we could of wished for. Molly was attentive and answered my non-stop stupid questions for months in the lead up to the wedding and on the day ensured everything ran smoothly without me having to think about a single thing. All involved from bar staff, waiters, chefs and reception staff went out of their way to make us feel special and were an absolute credit to the hotel. It’s in such a beautiful location and given it was an outside temperature of 2 degrees and a crisp frosty day with blue skies we made the most of the different spots for photo’s! We have had several guests commenting what a gem of a hotel it is, how amazing the food was and just what a wonderful day was had by all! The memories will stay with us forever, thank you and see you soon xx

It's hard to know where to start to firstly say thank you, and secondly to express how amazing the team at the swan are. Every single person at the Swan made an impact on our day and played a part in making our wedding the most special day. Both Molly's, their teams and Grace were just so perfect. They went out of their way to make us feel special, looked after and relaxed in feeling that everything was taken care of. I am a perfectionist and control freak and on the morning of our wedding I was relaxed and having the best day, because I had complete trust that everything would be ok. All of our wishes and concerns were taken care of, and nothing was too much trouble. Every little detail was thought of and they went above and beyond what we expected, and considering we both work in travel, myself in luxury travel, I have very high standards and they exceeded them. Even down to when we were lining up to walk down the aisle and my toddlers braces snapped and they had a safety pin at hand to fix them and keep everything on track. I didn't even know about it until after the wedding. We stayed for 3 nights, and even 2 mornings after the wedding we were still treated like it was the morning of our wedding. Every guest raved about The Swan from the food, the staff and the venue itself, and those that stayed didn't want to leave. We fell in love with the Swan the day we happened upon it by pure chance, years before we even got engaged. There was an extremely poignant and personal reason for getting married there and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the day everything we hoped for and more. We look forward to celebrating many anniversaries with you.

We have had the pleasure of photographing many gorgeous weddings at this quintessential Cotswolds hotel. The riverside setting of this venue makes a perfect backdrop for photographs with numerous bridges to choose from. It has it’s own private garden on an island in the river Coln where you can have an outdoor ceremony and guests can enjoy garden games and the famous duck race! Lovely friendly staff are on hand to help in every way and the food always tastes delicious!

The Swan inn is not my favourite venue just for its gorgeous location, it’s timeless style or it’s sheer beauty. But it’s one of my favourites because the staff are just so welcoming, calming and supportive. The team there know exactly how to support any request and it’s amazing to see all the happy faces after their service.

We play at weddings at The Swan and we absolutely love playing there! It’s a stunning Cotswold hotel steeped in history and is very atmospheric and magical. The surroundings are also very quaint and beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We cannot recommend it highly enough as a wedding venue. Firefly Band x

The Swan is perfect for a winter wedding! In fact it's lovely all year round but I happened to last visit in November... The hotel team were fantastic, very friendly (headed by Molly the wedding coordinator) and couldn't do enough to help keep the day running smoothly! The support they also offered wedding suppliers was fantastic and meant we were all kept in the loop for timings when they naturally shift during the course of a wedding day. Beautiful location and a venue to visit if you are looking for a cotswold wedding venue!
