Perfect for civil ceremonies for up to 130 guests, our 19th century Farmhouse with private bar, exposed oak beams and private lounge is the perfect venue to say "I DO".
Our stunning marquee is large enough to hold up to 200 guests, this is complemented by golden chandeliers & its own private courtyard.
Plus create a variety of colour themes, through use of our changeable mood lighting and fairy lights.

Wedding Day
We stumbled across the Shropshire whilst looking for wedding venues, and what a fab find!! We got married here in 2014, all the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful and all their chosen suppliers and recommendations were equally as good, which was great given that we were not local and so put all our trust in them. It was a perfect venue, just what we wanted, lovely views and grounds for photographs, nice and relaxed and separate from the main golf club area with a private bar and cosy seating area for our older guests to relax in away from the music. There was a little hiccup in a power cut whilst we were out having photos but the staff handled it so well and it was resolved before any guests even realised. The package we had was amazing value and was tweaked to suit our requirements without any quibble or hidden charges (as with most places as soon as the word 'wedding' is mentioned). We intend to return for our upcoming anniversary and look forward to seeing the changes. Thank you to everyone at the Shropshire that made our day so fantastic! Mr & Mrs Gourley, 4-5-14.
