I've worked as a make-up artist on a number of styled shoots at Burlton Manor and it truly is a remarkable venue. Located in the stunning Shropshire countryside, it's the perfect setting for a fairy-tale wedding! Becky and JJ went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and had everything I needed - their attention to detail is incredible. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished and the grounds are glorious. I cannot rate Burlton Manor highly enough - looking forward to working there again soon!

Amazing venue and hosts! My first ever google review but truly deserved. Everything is done so right here so much thought and detail, a true labour of love for the owners who want to give their clients the best! This wedding venue only deserves the best going forward as the owners are genuine kind people, you see that from the moment you meet them. Best of luck guys for 2023 and beyond!!

Where do I start with this stunning venue and amazing team? I honestly don't feel like there are not enough stars to show how happy we are with this venue. My husband and I had our wedding here a few days ago and everything was spectacular! For a venue, we stumbled across by accident, it gave us more than we could have ever asked for. THE VENUE Burlton Manor is stunning, secluded and impeccably laid out. When we first viewed this venue, parts were still under renovation, but the work that has been carried out has been done to an exemplary standard and far exceeded our expectations. There is a luxury rustic feel to the whole place and it is stunning even with minimal decoration. There is heating AND air conditioning inside too to keep the temperature perfect. Between the ceremony room, snug, function room, courtyard, heated terrace and the grounds there was plenty of space for every single one of our guests to find the perfect place to hang out during the various points of our event. The children were free to run around and explore, and those guests who didn't want to be next to the loud music had options of places to sit and chat with friends. This wasn't something I had appreciated about the venue at the time of viewing, but really impressed our guests. THE ACCOMMODATION A huge selling point for us was the 4 different types of accommodation on site that made having our nearest and dearest close by really easy. The rooms are so plush, and the honeymoon suite is the best I have ever seen! With thoughtful decoration, underfloor heating in the bathrooms in the barn, and thick soft carpets all round, every single one of our guests from old to young were comfortable to stay on site. THE TEAM Rebecca, Becky & JJ make an exceptional team. They made sure everything on the day, and on the run up to it was flawless. Rebecca was our on the day co-ordinator and gave me the freedom to hand everything over. From helping us set up on the Friday night, to getting out jugs of water at breakfast on Sunday morning, she was there every step of the way making sure every detail had been thought of and taken care of. She listened when I had frustrations with some suppliers, and leveraged her years of experience in the industry to our benefit. JJ and Becky were amazing smiling faces on the day of the wedding. Becky interacted with our guests, made sure everyone was ok, and even made sure I was warm enough when we were taking photos outside late at night. Both her and JJ were about at the end of our party to help us clear away and responded quickly to messages about things like where to find an iron, how to switch on lights and troubleshooting other problems. We felt really well hosted by them and are so grateful they have renovated their barns into this plush venue that we could have for the weekend. It goes without saying, I would highly recommend Burlton Manor, for the venue alone, but the team make this place a show-stopper. Well worth a visit and a look around. Burlton Manor is Shropshire’s latest barn wedding venue opening in 2022, however already it’s standing out due to the careful thought behind it’s renovation, ensuring that it will quickly become a firm favourite for luxury weddings in a stunning rural setting on the edge of Shrewsbury. The team at the manor are first class and are dedicated to making every wedding unique and special - whilst from a photography point of view, the layout, exposed brickwork, natural light and quirky additions such as the secret courtyard and gardens to the front where the sun sets make for tremendous portrait locations! I can’t wait to shoot here again in 2023 and see the manor and the team go on and enjoy further success!”.

My husband and I recently got married at Burlton Manor and honestly - it was the most magical day we could have asked for! We can't recommend this venue enough, every single part of the venue is beautiful, plenty of space for different aspects of our day (we had almost 200 guests), perfect accomodation for our guests and amazing owners and staff! They listened to all of our ideas and made everything we wanted possible no matter how tricky it was and delt with any awkward situations seamlessly! The history behind the barn is so fascinating and so many of our guests commented on how amazing the venue was. The bridal suite made a massive difference to my morning, I felt so relaxed , even with 10 bridesmaids running around, and the honeymoon suite was simply stunning ! We decided to have our ceremony in the secret garden outside, and it really was a dream - it has been so thoughtfully made that minimal to no decor is needed throughout !
