Our venue hire prices include all banqueting furniture, table linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cake stand with knife and a dance floor. You will also be allocated a dedicated wedding coordinator who will help with the planning of your day and act as master of ceremonies during the wedding breakfast. (Please note we are very transparent with our prices here at Shottle Hall so no nasty surprises!)

Full Description
Shottle Hall is an elegant Derbyshire Country House nestled on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Set in beautiful grounds with stunning views over the Ecclesbourne Valley. Whether you want a small intimate celebration or a more lavish affair we can cater from 30 to 90 guests for a civil ceremony and wedding breakfast. And up to 150 guests for your evening reception in our Orangery Restaurant.
Our beautiful permanent Coach House Marquee is complete with uninterrupted views over the open countryside, combining a traditional stone built coach house with a state of the art luxury marquee. The Coach House Marquee can cater for larger wedding parties of between 70-150 guests for your wedding breakfast and then up to 250 guests for your evening reception.

We couldn’t be happier with our day
We got married at Shottle Hall in July. We had the full estate package and couldn’t be happier with our day. The food, venue and staff were all amazing. Our wedding coordinator Kirsty made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure our day was perfect. I couldn’t recommend Shottle Hall enough!

Perfection
We cannot recommend Shottle Hall enough!! The entire planning process was made so easy by our wedding coordinator who was able to make all our requests a reality. The day itself ran incredibly smoothly, the food was amazing and the bar staff were so friendly. All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the estate was too. We would recommend Shottle to anyone and cannot thank the staff enough for making our day total perfection.

The day could not have gone better!!
We had the most AMAZING wedding day at Shottle Hall on 07/10/22. From start to finish the staff were incredible, they were so professional and welcoming. Abi our wedding coordinator was perfect in every way, she was attentive, she went above and beyond and genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best day. The food was out of this world, we had tomato and red pepper soup, Spanish chicken and sticky toffee pudding - all the guests loved it and they all commented on how amazing it was. The turn around of the room for the evening reception was seamless, the whole day went like clockwork. The hall also looked breathtaking with the chandelier and the star ceiling. The day could not have gone better!!

We had the most incredible day from start to finish
We got married at Shottle Hall on 16.09.22 and had the whole estate. We had the most incredible day from start to finish and our guests were blown away by the venue and all the different spaces used throughout the day. I cannot thank all the staff enough for their fantastic service from the planning right the way to food and support on the day. Our wedding coordinator Abi Moore was absolutely amazing, she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed with her and went the extra mile to help a stressed groom with the setting up of the venue in the morning😂 the whole experience at Shottle Hall is simply fantastic, the day was even better than we could have imaged! I would highly recommend this venue and look forward to going to future weddings here! Thank you for everything! We haven’t had our photographer photos back yet but here’s some of our very happy dog Troy who got to experience the whole day with at Shottle Hall! Xxx

Beautiful Venue for Wedding
We got married at Shottle (definitely recommend having the full estate package) at the end of August and i couldn’t recommend them enough - the staff, food and extra touches made our day seamless and Kirsty our co-ordinator was truly amazing! Sad that its all over but will always look back at the beautiful memories made here ❤️

We have so many! One of my fave spots is our newly appointed Italian style gardens.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We have hosted several footballers wedding from Derby County and had quite a few celebrity visitors here at Shottle Hall. One of our Fave's has to be when Colin Firth (Mr Darcy) came to stay while filming locally.
