Full Description
Large red brick ceremony room with an oak roof, an open fire, candles lining the walls and huge candle lit chandeliers. For the warm days we have an outdoor ceremony area in the sheltered courtyard. Dining takes place in the Dutch Barn which has a open kitchen with a BBQ, French rotisserie and pizza oven – your guests will be able to watch the delectable feast being prepared over the open flames and pizzas being spun late at night once an appetite has been worked up on the dance floor. In the courtyard there is a huge Argentinian ASADO which can be used to cook on hot days or as a firepit in the cooler months. You can get a full online quote and see availability on the website. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

The best? Impossible! Our venue is such a blank canvas that every wedding is unique, personal, fun and we have loved them all!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Ask questions! We are always around to answer the quickest of questions, the longest chain of questions, the amazingly bizarre questions, and the most obvious, mundane or confusing questions - but we know that every question answered reassures the couple immensely; so never be afraid to ask, ask, ask away!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

We love the 'find your face to find your place' seating plan - the couples must take ages gathering photos of all the guests, and it reminds the guests of times spent with the happy couple.

Describe your venue in 5 adjectives.

Relaxed. Informal. Rustic. Rural. Fun!

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?

There are too many to choose from!

Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?

That would be telling!

What’s your favourite canapé?

You decide... ! They are all delicious!

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

We love cheese and ham boards, but our favourite dance-floor snack is our Roasted 4-day marinated pork roll & apple sauce.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

Our food! Our formula is “Buy the best, cook it simply, serve it generously”. We like to make our food dramatic as well as delicious, so with our feature kitchen and asado, you can watch your feast unfold in front of you. Our food is served 'feast-style' on boards and in bowls to the centre of the table for guests to just dig into! Yum!
