Our venue hire rates differ depending on the day of the week/month/year you're looking for, but they always include the following:
- Exclusive use of the Barns (Threshing Barn, Grain Store, Sheep Shed, Cart Lodge) and venue grounds of top lawn and courtyard for your wedding day from 10am to 12midnight
- Use of our Secret garden, fields and woodland for your couple photographs
-Our professional and experienced dedicated wedding team to help you from initial enquiry through to the morning after
- Our venue staff to help coordinate your wedding day behind the scenes so you can thoroughly enjoy your day!
- Ceremony set up (we don't charge you extra if you would like to have your ceremony onsite)
- Use of Hay Barn honeymoon suite on your wedding day including night of the Wedding to the following morning, with complimentary continental breakfast
- Furniture: chairs and tables (trestle or round tables) for your guests and outdoor patio furniture
- Fully staffed and stocked bar which accepts cash, card, contactless and apple payment (no set up fees) with the ability to have a special requests behind the bar as well
- Fairy lights in the Grain Store and Sheep Shed/bar area & Wooden easels for your Wedding signs
- Use of our Bluetooth speaker system for your music during the day
- Underfloor heating, gazebos and umbrellas for when the weather doesn't quite go our way!
- Removal of your decorations to handy storage area for you to collect the next morning
- VAT is included in our rates

The Barn at Upcote is an unforgettable set of barns, situated around a courtyard offering an intimate location for your wedding celebration. Exclusively yours and easily located from all major routes, the venue is tucked away down a long private drive. Your chosen photographer will be spoilt for choice with all the backdrops for your day!
Combining beauty with flexibility, you can create your perfect wedding day. We want you to decide how you use each of the barns so the day celebrates the two of you. You can decorate the barns to reflect your style, meaning your wedding day is a reflection of you both.
Our current venue hire ranges from £2,900 - £7,950 (incl. VAT) subject to the day of the week and month you are interested in (and we have no minimum guest number requirements!).

The Perfect Venue
We had the most perfect day here and wish we could do it all over again! The venue is beautiful and the staff are amazing, so professional and couldn’t do enough for us.
Lovely addition of a bridal suite, meaning you can stay on site the night of your wedding.
Really responsive to messages leading up to the day which meant my wedding anxiety was kept at bay!

Amazing day!
Hello All!
I just wanted to send you a quick message to say thank you so so so much for everything you have done for T and I. We had the most amazing day on Friday and this was thanks to you, our amazing venue! You went over and beyond what was expected and put up with me not knowing anything, and you some how managed to pick my ideas together. You allowed us to do some super fun things, that no doubt, other venues would have been a straight up no. You ensured everything ran so smoothly and everything went perfectly. We are both so grateful for everything that you did for us, it truly means so much to us. I could go on and on for ages about how grateful we are and how amazing you made the day, but I won’t haha.

There are so many to choose from, though we do love how unique you can be with your wedding favours. From Tunnocks Teacakes to hand picked pebbles from the beach where they got engaged! It is sometimes all about the little details that represent your personalities.
