Stockwith Mill Full Description
An intimate and unique licensed wedding venue set in heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Stockwith Mill is a 17th Century water driven corn mill located on the River Lymn, nestled in the village of Hagworthingham. We are family run and our exclusive use venue instinctively embraces the surrounding natural beauty. We offer stunning backdrops for your treasured photographs from the characterful water wheel, natural landscapes, pretty bridges and the enchanting rustic buildings. The Exchange is a licesed outdoor ceremony area set in a stuuning 5 acre field surrounded by wild flowers. If you’re wary that the British weather won’t cooperate on the day, then we will have you covered in the new barn. For your reception, you can start with drinks and canapes on the Mill lawn next to the waterside. The converted Stables, is an intimate indoor space for up to 48 guests, offering original exposed wooden beams and gorgeous country views. The Stables can accommodate extra guests for the evening celebrations. Millers Field is a secluded five-acre field adjacent to the River Lymn with views across the Lincolnshire Wolds. If you’ve always dreamed of celebrating your special day outdoors – preferably with the sun shining down on you – then Millers Field is your ticket. Available for up to 150 people, it’s a great option for larger parties and allows couples the ability to host an overnight wedding (think glamping, festival or Teepee-inspired) to bell tents are available to hire.
