This incredible Grade-I listed priory and house was remodelled by Sir John Soane in the 18th century, for renowned landscape gardener Humphrey Repton to then create the gardens and park.

We had a fantastic day, we got married in the beautiful church onsite and had our reception in the orangery at Port Eliot. The grounds were stunning and everyone had a great time. Thank you!

Happy couple married in June

A Hidden gem in the Cornish countryside

We recently got married at Port Eliot Estate and where blow away by the variety of landscapes and areas the venue has to offer. The River front and Quarry are personal favourites, stretching along the whole North side of the estate following the river Tidy round to a very picturesque viaduct. Great for wedding photos! The Gardens host a range of colours all year round, through all seasons offering something for everyone and any occasion. The Orangery and it’s walled garden is a magical spot nestled in the middle of the estate with a beautiful rose garden and huge ancient Yew hedges. Overall the venue is beautiful and has a magical untouched feel, quiet and secluded. The staff are approachable, keen to help with any enquiries and fantastic to work with. A location not to be missed for day trips and events. Highly recommended!
