The most beautiful venue we have ever seen
We just want to say the BIGGEST thank you ever for making our wedding day so special. It really was absolutely perfect. From the minute we booked everything has been so smooth, you have always been at the end of the phone to answer any questions and we really appreciated that. From the moment we arrived for the wedding we were made to feel so welcomed, all the staff were so friendly and helped all our guests settle to their rooms. Wednesday evening was just absolutely perfect you were so accommodating to us having the band and it really made our evening. The food on Wednesday and Thursday was absolutely amazing and everyone commented on the quality and the generosity of the portion sizes. Your venue is the most beautiful venue we have ever seen and all our guests were blown away by it - thank you for making it so special for us. All the rooms were clean and tidy and we loved being able to have our quests stay with us to make a longer celebration. Sophie you were the icing on the cake! Your attention to detail, patience and support throughout the two days never went un noticed. You really are amazing at your job, you went above and beyond to help make sure everything went smoothly. From being so willing to help set up the flowers outside to the little check ins to make sure everything was ok. I can’t tell you how much we needed you and appreciated you. Victoria and the other staff in the evening were equally as amazing but Sophie just helped make sure the build up was perfectly smooth. We are so sad that it is all over but we honestly had the best wedding day we ever imagined and that is because of ALL of the staff at Trevenna. Thank you for everything Mr & Mrs Bayliss

Good Evening Trevenna, We just wanted to thank everyone involved in making our wedding stay absolutely perfect, from the welcome meal to breakfast before check outs we couldn’t of wished for it to of gone better. Special thanks must go to Sophie who couldn’t do enough for us as day host and made everything run so smoothly and perfectly, Especially prior to the ceremony in helping Emily, one of our guests who was very anxious around people in these Covid times. Sophie found a quiet spot and secured seating away from others to help put her at ease. Also to Matt and Victoria who were also first class and an absolute credit. We have had so many guests both during and after our stay comment on how the food was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding, and we couldn’t agree more! We really cannot thank you guys enough for making our wedding the absolute best we could of wished for and made the extra 12 months wait all the worth while. The most magical day!
Dear Team Trevenna, We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the most magical few days, you truly enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams. Trevenna was the first and only wedding venue we went to view (all the way back in 2019!)- we fell in love straight away. Throughout the whole pandemic (despite having to postpone for a whole year,) we never had any doubts on where we wanted to hold our wedding. Our wedding host Sarah was amazing- she knew how nervous I was and really helped me (even holding a glass of water for me just before I walked down the aisle!) The whole team made us and our guests feel so comfortable, none of us wanted to leave. The food was PERFECTION! A special thank you to Kelly, Alex, Daniel and Jonathan as any queries we had prior to our wedding were always answered so quickly, and we were always put at ease. After two years of waiting for our day, we still can’t quite believe it’s over. Thanks again, we really appreciate everything. Simply Amazing!
Hi Sarah and all of the Trevenna Team, All I can say to you is that you guys are simply amazing. All of our family and friends have not stopped going on about the Trevenna team and how perfect the day was. Housekeeping- the place was spotlessly clean, up until I put my dusty footprints all over the place (sorry about that) and thank you to Mandy who offered to send cleaners back in. The barns are very nicely presented indeed and you can see how hard the team work. Catering- Wow, just wow! I am still 100% blown away at how flexible and accommodating Trevenna have been about our very long and complex list of guest dietary requirements. Both our Mums are fussy eaters, we had a few guests that were even fussier and of course the entire menu created just for my vegan good friend, will forever be know as The Buzz Menu. What is more you got it absolutely spot on for everyone, I went round and checked on all the dietary requirement guests on the day and they were so happy with what had been provided and the effort you had gone to for them. This is one of the things that really made the wedding for me, the people we care about the most were looked after so well and despite dietary requirements they didn’t miss out on anything. The quality and quantity of the food was amazing as well, everyone is raving about the food and claiming to have put on a stone in 2 days! Thank you Mandy for coordinating all of this, you did such a fantastic job and thank you to the whole catering team for delivering perfection. Bar staff - Matthew and Luke did an amazing job for us on the first night, they are so personable and friendly and we loved chatting to them. The team on the second day were also fantastic but Matthew again stood out for us, he totally embraced shelleyfest and his personality and humour shone through. Making a connection with the staff like that made the event so much more enjoyable and I knew if I needed something I could give Matthew a shout and it would be sorted. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Management / organisation / communications - We have been so well looked after and again Trevenna's flexibility was just amazing, we were making seating changes just 2 days before the wedding and this was all done without any fuss or protest. I have had a lot of communication with Daniel and have to say he has been incredibly helpful, answering sometimes numerous emails from me a day and making several changes until we had everything we wanted spot on. I understand that Daniel works at night and puts his emails on a delay so that clients receive them within office hours. In one of our emails I mentioned to Daniel that I very rarely sleep at night and he could feel free to remove the delay when emailing me, he remembered this and that meant that we were able to have a few late night email exchanges to get some last minute bits sorted which was perfect for me. This personal service is what makes Trevenna so special. And of course thank you Jonathan, you are fantastic and our guests have all commented on how lovely you are. Event host - Sarah you are superwoman! We felt entirely confident with you, whenever we needed you there you were as if by magic, you anticipated everything and kept us calm. You are absolutely fantastic at your job, we were so lucky to have you with us. Obviously we had hoped to get married outside but the weather wasn’t on our side, you kept us updated throughout the morning, explained the issues clearly and helped us to make the best decision. So many other venues would be directive but with you we felt completely consulted and involved in the decision making. You must be absolutely exhausted after an event because you do not stop, you are like a blur whizzing around making everything just so. Thank you for your support, your hard work and your friendliness. We really felt that the team at Trevenna were friends rather than venue staff and we miss you guys! I have absolutely no negative feedback for you, perfect venue, perfect team, perfect day. We feel really sad that it is over now and we won’t be in contact with you all. Magical Weekend
Hi , we just wanted to thank you and your amazing staff for making my daughters wedding absolutely perfect ! She and her fiancé had imagined a 3 day party and that is exactly what they got .The venue is idyllic and the rooms were clean and comfortable . The food was sublime from the wedding breakfast to Sunday barbecue and everything in between. You and your staff went above and beyond to make our large noisy group feel so welcome . It was a magical weekend and we are still on cloud nine. Our guests had the best time as did we. I was Left Speechless!
After visiting a shortlist of 10 wedding venues in Cornwall we chose Trevenna in St. Neot due to the idyllic location, the astounding facilities and the breathtaking 6 star accommodation on site. From day one we received a warm welcome by Jonathan and the team and it was clear from this moment that the team here were something sincerely special. I am so glad we chose this remarkable wedding venue. Our Wedding weekend was amazing and made more special by Jonathan and his truly fantastic staff. From booking our wedding day 2 years previous to the day itself, our wedding hosts could not have been more accommodating. We made regular visits from London to the venue to help plan our day over these years and formed a close relationship with everyone here and every time being warmly welcomed. On the weekend of our wedding Jonathan and his team could not have been more helpful, accommodating and no matter our requests or needs everyone here went out of their way to go above and beyond to fulfil them. From Jonathan himself, to our wedding host to the barman serving that day, everyone was truly incredible; making sure we both had everything we wanted. Every member of the team was keen to ensure we were having a good time. I cannot count the number of times we were asked by every member of staff “is all ok?” or “is there anything I can get you?”. By the end of our time at Trevenna I was left speechless by how much everyone wanted to do for us and I can truly say that we were treated with such importance that we felt like royalty. To this day 4 weeks after the event I am still amazed by Jonathan and his team, that we wish we could do it all over again just so we can be looked after the same way again. We are truly thankful for everything Trevenna's team did on our special day and commend you Jonathan for running such an incredibly amazing establishment. You really have set the benchmark for Wedding Venues in Cornwall and we cannot commend you enough for everything you have done. Words cannot describe our gratitude but you are all truly astounding.
