Well what can i say Charlotte, Rama and their team delivered the most perfect day for my daughter's wedding, Charlotte from start to end was amazing always there to help and to ensure that all plans were in place. Nothing too much for her. Everything was perfect, teh support on the day was amazing and genuine that they wanted Becky and Anthony to have the best day. This was a challenge for the hotel as one of the biggest weddings they have had and they certainly rose to the challenge and delivered and more. we are so grateful for all you have done for us and to ensure the day was perfect thanks bevWell what can i say Charlotte, Rama and their team delivered the most perfect day for my daughter's wedding, Charlotte from start to end was amazing always there to help and to ensure that all plans were in place. We honestly don’t know where to start because words don’t really seem enough to describe just how amazing our wedding day at Norton Grange was. ❤️ From the very first time we started planning our special day, we knew we wanted everything to be perfect, and Norton Grange helped make that dream a reality. Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and so much more. From walking into the venue and seeing everything come together, to the celebrations, laughter, dancing and all the little moments that we will remember forever, it truly was the most amazing day and night of our lives. 🥂💍❤️ We have to give a massive special thank you to Charlotte. She has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. She was always there when we needed her, always willing to help, and went above and beyond to help us organise and sort everything for our big day. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but having someone like Charlotte there made such a huge difference. She genuinely cared about making our day special and made us feel like we were in the safest hands. On the day itself, everything was just perfect. We could actually relax, enjoy ourselves and take in every single moment knowing that everything was being looked after. Just back from my nephews wedding. Fabulous. Great food and lovely atmosphere. I Vant commend the staff highly enough. Well done to everyone. You were all lovely and welcoming and very efficient and hard working. Hats off to whoever is managing the team. Wedding food can he disappointing but this was very tasty, beautifully presented and plentiful. Well done Mercure Norton Grange. We had our wedding here and Charlotte our co-ordinator was amazing! Such a lovely, friendly, helpful young lady who put us at ease through our planning and the actual day. The location is beautiful, hotel grounds lovely and clean, the rooms are lovely, fresh and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the value for money is excellent. We had such a great experience we want to do it all over again!We had our wedding here and Charlotte our co-ordinator was amazing! We had our wedding here last weekend. It was absolutely perfect from start to finish we could not fault anything. All staff were great all day long, Charlotte and Mo especially could not of done anything more for us nothing was too much for them, I dont think the day would of been the same without them! We held our twilight wedding at the Norton Grange & the whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end. All the staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. We must particularly thank Charlotte who was always so approachable and generous with her time and patience. Make sure you visit your local Registry Office and provisionally book a time with the registrar's, prime times go very quickly, even 2 years ahead!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

A lot of our guests have memory tables for the guests that that cannot make the wedding. I think this is a lovely, heart warming touch

We have recently constructed a large decking area overlooking the grounds and neighbouring countryside. From here you can catch the stunning landscapes and sunsets

We have a fair few celebrities that stay with us on regular occasions. We like to respect their privacy.

What’s your favourite canapé?

Definitely the salmon and cream cheese roulade!

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Pepperoni Pizza! Or the bacon butties are a great choice and always go down a storm!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

The Grange Suite has the old original stonework from when the Hotel was built, with large windows which run the entire length of the room and overlook the stunning views of the lawns.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

We love everything about the hotel but currently, we are really excited about our decking platform. It will really wow your guests and is perfect for those stunning photo opportunities.
