This place is absolutely gorgeous and so happy we choose to have our wedding here. From start to finish the staff have been amazing, communication has been fantastic and especially Georgia who was with us throughout the day making sure everything was running smoothly, was incredible. The venue doesn’t need much extra decorations because it’s so stunning on its own. The ceremony room is so unique, with its old style cinema seats. We fell in love this is room straight away. We definitely definitely definitely recommend this venue

To Hannah, James, John, Becky and the rest of the Larkspur Lodge team we can’t begin to thank you enough for making our wedding day the best day of our lives! From the moment we pulled up to the venue on the open day it was already everything we had imagined and more! Once we got inside and seen how beautiful and unique the ceremony room was we realised we had found our venue. The reception room was the perfect size for our wedding guests and even better that the bar area isn’t completely separated but another area to mingle and still be close enough to enjoy the day. Myself and my bridal party absolutely loved getting ready in the upstairs area. It was spacious, we had unlimited hot/cold drinks and lots of space for hair and make up. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Every email query was always answered and sorted quickly. Special thanks to John who was an absolute star on the day making sure every detail was right and even saving some canapés for us to enjoy whilst we were busy having photos. The food was absolutely delicious! We have had SO many compliments from our guests saying how stunning the venue was and how amazing the day was and this is all thanks to you guys for making our dream a reality! We will absolutely be recommending this venue to everybody as we were SO thrilled with everything from start to finish!

We can’t quite put into words just how incredible the team at Larkspur are. From start to finish, each and every member of staff we encountered or had contact with provided us with exceptional, professional and friendly service. We owe our wedding to Sophie, who worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of our day was just as we dreamed it would be. With her knowledge of the industry, her approachability and flexibility, and her driving force nature, Sophie made our dream a reality alongside her amazing team. Erin who ensured the catering side of our day ran seamlessly, with a smile on her face. Hannah who updated files, was present at meetings, was super responsive to emails and who on the day provided support, encouragement and a reassuring arm to settle the nerves. James who worked alongside Erin to ensure that the food we ate was nothing short of perfection and that our evening could go ahead as planned and finally the lovely Caitlin who facilitated and coordinated the day, alongside her colleagues, ensuring that all the finer details were in place. Larkspur Lodge is a haven where dreams really do become a reality thanks to the dedicated, committed and incredible staff team. The building itself is steeped in history, yet with a modern, rustic feel. The outdoor space provides the perfect sanctuary for soaking up the sunshine in the summer and spring months or watching nature take its course during the autumn and winter months, with a drink in hand as the day unfolds. The natural grounds around the lodge allow for the most idyllic photographs and the ceremony room is like nothing you’ve ever seen before! We were blessed to stumble upon this incredible venue and urge anyone who hasn’t already, to visit the lodge and allow the most amazing team of angels to bring your dreams to reality too! We had the most perfect day celebrating our long awaited wedding - it was worth the wait! Sophie was so supportive throughout all the covid date changes. And in the run up to the big day the whole team were so helpful in finalising the details and adding finishing touches. The day couldn’t have run more smoothly thanks to whole of the larkspur team keeping everything organised. The venue itself is so unique and full of character. There’s so many beautiful spaces - from the quirky ceremony room, the tucked away snug rooms, the bright reception room and the lovely lawn. Our wedding day was even better than expected, it was perfect. I can’t recommend Larkspur Lodge highly enough.

Genuinely incredible wedding venue, the ceremony was beautiful, the dinner was a great setting, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Also the food was top notch, a rare find at a large wedding.

Went there for a wedding. Beautiful setting with a pleasing aesthetic, and it was surprisingly easy to get to. We had a brilliant time. The bar and waiting staff were lovely.

As proud grandparents we spent a wonderful time at Larkspur Lodge 6th November celebrating our granddaughter Jodie's Wedding to Jack. From the moment we were greeted by Larkspur's attentive staff to when we left to drive 60 miles home, we could not have enjoyed a more perfect venue for such a special occasion.

Had the pleasure of attending this beautiful venue yesterday for the wedding of fabulous friends! We had the best time and the staff were just brilliant...special mention to Evie who just goes above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble for her and she's always smiling 😃...well done Larkspur!
