Hodroyd Hall is a beautiful, grade II listed private country house in the picturesque hamlet of Felkirk, in West Yorkshire. The earliest reference to Hodroyd is in 1144 and the Hall is steeped in history from its days as a monastic building, to the country seat of the Monckton family, to offices for the National Coal Board. Today, it is once again a family home and offers a unique combination of country house tradition with the informality of family life.
We host a limited number of weddings a year at Hodroyd Hall, and so our wedding offer is quite simple. We offer exclusive use of the Hall for an entire weekend (Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime) or for a day to host a wedding for 60 day guests and up to a further 40 evening guests. If you're looking for a combination of traditional setting and contemporary styling, Hodroyd Hall is the place for you.
Prices for 2022 for the full hire of the house and grounds which includes the six principal bedrooms, starts from £6,000 (inc VAT). This include the hire of tables, chairs and linen. Catering is offered separately and we work with a number of local catering firms.
Please do contact us if you have any questions, or would like to pop in for a visit.
