Overall the experience was excellent and stress-free. Pauline was helpful during the whole process, having all the answers, guidance, and suggestions, and made it all feel very easy! Communication was excellent. Pauline was clear on task deadlines and who needed to arrange it. Olivia showed us around initially and did a great job at answering any questions. The venue is excellent, and scenic, looking fantastic in the the day and at night when lit up. Use Waterton!

From start to finish we couldn’t fault the service provided by Pauline and her team colleagues. Nothing was too much trouble and what a venue Waterton is….simply stunning. The food was delicious as our guests were only too happy to point out. Our room was wonderful and the lovely touch of gifting a teddy bear was greatly appreciated. As the song goes, simply the best….better than all the rest.

Pauline and her team looked after us from the very start to the very end of our experience. The team took care of every aspect of our day with no fuss and made it a relaxed and enjoyable day for us both. Big thank you to Pauline and her team for such a wonderful day.

We cannot thank Waterton Park enough for a truly amazing day! Nothing was too much hassle from the very start. We ended up getting married on possibly the hottest September day but that didn't slow any of the staff down. The day ran effortlessly and so many guests commented on how spectacular and memorable it was for them. The catering was next level and the detail of everything, we just could not ask for more.

Absolutely amazing! From the very first meeting to the big day everything was perfect! Pauline was great and made sure all the planning and build up was stress free as well as making the wedding day run smoothly. Food was amazing and all guests enjoyed it. From start to finish Pauline and Olivia have been at hand if I had any questions for my big day at Waterton Park, however small, nothing was an issue. They were there with me throughout the day and did a lovely handover for the person that will be looking after us for the wedding breakfast and then for the reception. The whole staff at Waterton were truly lovely and their customer service is 5 stars! The food was amazing and they made our day so magical.

Absolutely amazing team! From enquiring to changing our date due to finding out we were expecting our 3rd baby, right through to our wedding day everyone was absolutely fantastic. Pauline and her girls put me at ease all throughout our day keeping everything ticking like clockwork nothing was too much trouble. All our guests had nothing but great feedback about the venue, especially the food. The drinks were flowing all night and everyone had an amazing time. Thank you!

The Waterton Park Hotel Wedding team were absolutely fantastic, our magical day ran so smoothly with amazing support throughout.
