Donington Park Farm House

From our first meeting to see the venue we fell in love with it, we had seen a few venues prior but Donington Park Farmhouse was perfect, exactly the kind of venue we were looking for. A warm rustic country feel, a large enough venue but still managed to feel cozy. Very quick communication throughout the process, we had a few meetings with the venue leading up to the date. The ladies were amazing, we went with questions but before we even had chance to ask, the answers were already provided. Very detailed and they would go through the running order of the big day for me so nothing was forgotten. The venue is beautiful with fairy lights and the outdoor courtyard was fantastic for family photos. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone was very happy with it. One thing we would say, for the evening service, there was enough food for everyone with plenty still leftover as most of the day guests didn't eat in the evening, if we were to go through it all again we would probably reduce the amount of food, to save on waste and money. One issue, was being able to decorate the venue, you cannot get into the venue until 10am to decorate and guests can arrive from 12pm so it’s a tight deadline. We had decorators and friends handle this, but if you are doing this yourself it is a mammoth task to undertake. It wasn’t until the week before that I was informed you can potentially access the venue the evening before, by this time we had already hired decorators. Cannot fault the venue or staff at all, service and standards were excellent.

All of the staff at the Donington Park Farm house were wonderful from start to finish, we both felt fully supported and anything we needed the venue helped make happen. It’s the most beautiful setting for a wedding, the food was delicious and plentiful and everyone said how fantastic the day was all in all. I highly recommend them for anyone’s future wedding!

The Donington Park Farmhouse team were absolutely incredible from start to finish of our journey. Our day went so smoothly which allowed us both to just enjoy ourselves. They were so accommodating to strange requests one of which included me performing a pole dance routin! These guys are second to non and I will recommend them to anyone!

Donington Park Farmhouse is an absolutely beautiful venue and was perfect for us! The venue is completely flat access which was amazing for our guests with wheelchairs. Our wedding was so relaxed and everything went smoothly, we got married in the threshing barn and had a casual dining option where people sat where they liked. The food was amazing. The co-ordinators were absolutely wonderful, even going the extra mile to escort me and the bridesmaids from my room with umbrellas because of the rain! The bedrooms are beautiful and the breakfast the next morning was also great. We can't thank the team enough for making our day so magical, we would definitely recommend Donington Park Farmhouse!

The venue spoke for itself with beautiful rustic decor, food served in the pig stys and plenty of indoor as well as outdoor areas for guests. We were able to have a bbq meal which we loved and the venue also had plenty of vegan options which was important to us. We were able to have a relaxed day with our friends and family knowing that the helpful staff were keeping things on track. The surrounding areas were perfect for photographs.

Our wedding day was on 6th September 2023 and was one of the most magical and best days of my life. Donington park Farmhouse was the first wedding venue we looked at after deciding to get married after being together for 27 years! We decided to look no further as this venue for us was perfect in every way. From the very first moment meeting our wedding coordinator we felt safe in the knowledge we had made the right choice. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Alicja and her team were so accommodating and always available to answer our questions very quickly. The venue itself is a beautiful place to get married. We chose the Threshing Barn for our ceremony and it was magical with the stage at the front and our choice of piped music through the sound system. The decor was done for us by Sylvia at the Rustic Corner and she did an amazing job throughout. Outside, for confetti, photographs, canapes, etc. there is a beautiful courtyard which is a sun trap and also lit up in the evening with festoon lighting. Our wedding breakfast was in the Pig Sties and I can't praise the food enough... it was absolutely delicious, everyone commented how nice it was. Bar staff and waitresses were lovely and very efficient. The grounds are great for couple photographs and lots of nice features to capture the perfect shots. We were very lucky and had one of the hottest days of the year and captured the beautiful sunset shots across the road by the old rustic barn and overlooking Breedon Church in the distance. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean and well cared for. Air conditioning was a godsend too. Breakfast the morning after was excellent. I just wish we could relive the whole day again!

Donington Park Farmhouse is by far the most beautiful venue we went to see. Everything about it we loved, from the rustic look to the quirky pig styes, it was perfect. The wedding co-ordinators from start to finish were so attentive and helped put any stresses we thought we had at bay, they can't do enough for you and made everything about planning our wedding enjoyable. The grounds around the venue are also stunning, so many photo opportunities that our photographer couldn't wait to capture! I have had so many compliments about our wedding from our family and friends, saying how beautiful the venue was, that the food was amazing and the whole day flowed perfectly, and I couldn't agree more.
