A unique wedding venue set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside- We will create a rustic county wedding feel in our large barn with licenced bar, water-side gazebo and enjoy a range of activities from falconry to Segway and much more for family and friends to make your day a truly unforgettable experience. The barn hire includes rustic tables / benches , dance floor , bar hire , and a package of venue dressing . Whether your heart is set on a grand celebration or a smaller, more intimate affair, you’ll find Cheshire Woodland Weddings has the ideal mix of informality, relaxation and romance to ensure your special day is perfect in every way. Set within 15 acres of stunning countryside, Cheshire Woodland Weddings is without a doubt one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Cheshire. Guaranteed exclusivity - It’s our policy to allow only one wedding at any given time, giving you the freedom to arrange your day as you choose. In addition, you’ll have the full attention of all our staff, resulting in the personal and attentive service that your wedding day deserves. A location like no other - Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Cheshire Woodland Weddings is expansive yet welcoming. We offer the use of our woodland as your ceremony setting, the gazebo and lawn by the lake as your drink’s reception area, and the bar as your evening reception setting. Furthermore, depending on your choice of activities we have many more spaces available. These areas are all joined together by a clear stone pathway to create the right atmosphere for your wedding, whether you have 20 guests or 150. The grounds of Cheshire Woodland Weddings are simply stunning. There are ample photographic opportunities around the beautiful grounds and lake. The splendid interior of the barn is also a fine background for photographs, so you’ll still be able to create unforgettable memories, whatever the weather.

I have over 10 years experience in wedding co-ordinating and over 15 years in the wedding hospitality industry. If you are looking at ceremony only for 3 hours, Cheshire Woodland Weddings is available to hire for just £2,000 (price for 2025/26) A full day venue hire is £9,500, including activities and falconry (price for 2025/26) We also have bespoke options available depending on your specific requirements.

We do not provide in-house catering, we work with our preferred caterers who are able to provide you a bespoke menu for your special day. Our preferred catering can start from as little as £15 per head for a relaxed menu or up to £150 per head for a traditional, sit-down 3 course meal Alternatively, if you wish to bring your own caterers, there is a charge of £200 and we would require your caterers to view our venue to ensure they are able to use our facilities for your special day.

Honestly where do we start? We had the most incredible day of our lives on the 2nd May 2026 💚 What can we say about the venue? It had everything a fun couple could dream of! The setting is an absolute dream. Breathtaking even. It was absolutely perfect for us, getting married in woods under the chirping birds and sunlight through the trees. The activities, our guests could NOT stop talking about for weeks. We had words of ‘this is the best wedding we have ever been to!’. A truly unique day.Honestly where do we start? We had the most perfect wedding day at CWW in May 2025. All our guests can't stop talking about how it was the best wedding they had been to and we really wish we could do it all over again! The venue really is magical and it felt so special to tie the knot there. Our guests LOVED all of the activities and the owl ring delivery! Ebony and Alexandra were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire planning process - they made wedding planning incredibly easy.We had the most perfect wedding day at CWW in May 2025. I cannot say enough good things about this venue, or about Ebony and her team. The venue itself is a beautiful setting, and the team took such good care of us and were so willing to join in the fun. We were able to have such a special day with no stressing or worrying, as we knew everything was taken care of, and everything was exactly as we'd asked for. We've had so many comments from the guests about how special the venue was, and everyone enjoyed the activities and the birds or prey and the fact it was not a 'stuffy' and 'traditional' wedding. The owls, frankly, were really the stars of the day! If you are looking for a unique venue where you know you will totally looked after and made at ease, I cannot recommend Cheshire Woodland Wedding enough.I cannot say enough good things about this venue, or about Ebony and her team. What you get with a wedding day here goes so far beyond what you pay for. Yes you have the setting in all it's natural beauty, the rustic barn and outdoor seating, the activities, the fun! The bird show, the views of the gazebo and pond. And all of this is awesome btw, couldn't fault it, and it created the most memorable wedding day we could have asked for. But the staff! Everyone involved! They were all the most amazing people! I am so grateful to them all ❤️What you get with a wedding day here goes so far beyond what you pay for. Yes you have the setting in all it's natural beauty, the rustic barn and outdoor seating, the activities, the fun! The bird show, the views of the gazebo and pond.
