Our River Suite is located on the ground floor, with beautiful natural light flooding in through floor-to ceiling windows. It can accomodate up to 80 day time and 180 evening guests, with a private bar area keeping your celebrations all in one place. We have a deceptively large garden at the back of the hotel, perfect for capturing those special photographs on the day. Room hire is included from 6pm through to 1am. Early access to decorate the room must be requested in advance. Price also includes chairs, chair covers with one sash, tables with white table linen, plus crockery, cutlery and napkins. DJ and dance floor, prices are available on request. Corkage is included for soft drinks and spirits, however wine, beer and other drinks must be purchased from our bar. A private bar is available for the evening. A deposit of £500 is required as minimum spend. Should your guests spend more than this amount you will receive the full deposit back. If the minimum spend is not met by your guests we will make up the shortfall from the deposit. Waiting staff can be hired for £9.50 per hour, minimum 3 hours. Please note: Own catering events have no access to the kitchen or cold storage facilities. We also require insurance documents from all external suppliers at least 7 days prior to the event.
