Whether it is traditional, formal, modern, themed or an extra celebration after a Wedding abroad, our team will assist you every step of the way, making your dream wedding celebration a reality.
Set in the picturesque Peak District surrounded by beautiful countryside, along with gardens and patios for you and guests to enjoy.
Our purpose built function suite offers a lovely room to personalise and create into your own very special setting and in the evening it transforms into a great room for continuing your celebrations with guests both inside and outside! The hotel offers room to suit all your guests with quiet lounge areas, play areas for the children, lawns and patios all open for your guests to enjoy.
We have a selection of bedrooms for your guests to stay overnight and offer special deals for two night stays. The Beresford Suite is the bridal suite included in most of our packages and offers plenty of space to get ready with your bridesmaids, hair dressers etc. and then after your days celebration a lovely room in which to relax and unwind.
Our chef's have years of experience in creating menu's to suit every taste and budget and although our brochures offer a wide variety of dishes, we are more than happy to discuss individual choices of menu.
We have a range of auxiliary services that we recommend including hair and make up artists, musical and alternative entertainment, wedding cars, flowers, bakers, stationery and table accessories. If you need anything for your wedding, we will source it for you, it is all part of the service!
We are very personal in our approach and you will find that by the big day, we have got to know you and your family, your likes and dislikes and we will do all in our power to assure your day is very special and memorable, going beyond your expectations.

The most perfect day
This absolutely beautiful venue was the best choice we could have made! The whole day was perfect and when I say nothing was too much trouble, I mean absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Our toddler son was very tired through the wedding breakfast and fell asleep, out of nowhere there were blankets and pillows and a makeshift bed for him to sleep on. The staff there are phenomenal.
The venue itself is beyond beautiful inside and out, and has made for some stunning photos.
The whole time we were at The Bentley Brook from the day before to the morning after the wedding was just amazing. We couldn’t have wanted for anything more than what The Bentley Brook has given us. I would recommend over and over again to anyone who was thinking about it.

Amazing experience amazing staff amazing day
Amazing experience here, the team where amazing at working with us and listening to our wishes, they made the day flow so nice and made us at ease and feel like we had nothing to worry about on the day they took care of everything. This place will forever have a special place in our hearts, the guests where amazed at the food and how lovely it was , the venue itself is stunning and we could not fault anything about it at all. The perfect Wedding 12/11/22
Our wedding was perfect from booking to becoming Mr and Mrs Wiggins-Scott. Wendy and the team are lovely and are always on hand to ask with nothing being to much trouble. The weather held for us to get married outside and the views are amazing. The food served is delicious and plentiful so no one will be hungry. Miles the DJ reads the room perfectly and we didn’t have a moment from the first dance that the dance floor was empty.
We had so many comments that our wedding was the best wedding people had ever attended and I can’t thank the Bentley Brook team enough for making them comments possible.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful to make our day perfect! They were so organised with everything and the food was amazing! Our guests loved the venue and the whole day! Great that it’s a pub as well as a wedding venue as between changing the room round everyone enjoyed a drink!

The team at Bentley Brook meant our wedding day was perfect- it was stress free,well organised and the venue perfect. The organisation and planning is second to none and we had total confidence in the staff.The food was amazing,with generous portions and the room and outdoor setting decorated beaurifully.
All our guests commented on what a lovely day it was.
The bridal suite is a lovely room and spacious.
The resident dj was excellent in the music choices.
I can't recommend this venue highly enough.

Relaxed Country wedding
Wendy and the team were exceptional throughout. All very relaxed and no rushing us for our decisions. Nothing was ever a problem, and any queries were quickly answered and even the team made suggestions when we were undecided on certain details. Huge range of choices/options for the room décor, external decorations and menu options. Catering for all our dietary needs wasn't an issue. The food was delicious and well presented. The setting for the venue is homely, picturesque and has the most amazing views, which make for excellent pictures and backdrops for the day. The Bridal suite was absolutely gorgeous with lovely views over the garden. The team were always on hand the day before the wedding for setting up, and the morning of the wedding to help deal with other suppliers arriving, so that everything ran seamlessly and with no worries.

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
One of the most memorable was a couple who threw tradition to the wind. The bride chose vibrant colours with querky table decorations, flowers and favors. Each element of their wedding was thought through carefully so it was exactly what they wanted down to the most amazing bright yellow shoes underneath her dress! Each guest was taken into consideration and all ages were catered for; it was a pleasure to be a part of a unique and special wedding.
