Second time around and more worldly wise, you have different wedding needs and worries and yet Jess (wedding coordinator) and Xenia (Operations) managed to make the whole process seem simple. They were flexible, happy to help and wanted to ensure we had the best experience and they did us proud. Jess really cares about her couples and was happy to listen, make suggestions and remain available for us when we needed her. Xenia and her team did a brilliant job of set up and the day's proceedings all went as planned. Xenia seems unflappable which in her role is a great skill to have. All my worries about things that could go wrong were completely unnecessary and we both had the best day ever. Great memories!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Aztec to any potential wedding couples, they are well practised and can take your stresses away. I will be back for a visit and catch up soon with such lovely people. 🥰

We recently got married at The Aztec Hotel & Spa and we had a lovely day and night! The on-the-day team (led by Xenia and Mia) ensured we had a flawless wedding that followed the timings we chose perfectly. *The food was as delicious as we remembered from the tasting (highly recommend the slow-cooked beef). *The team worked well with all of our vendors to ensure a smooth running and set-up. *The ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening setups were lovely

Morning Georgia Just a quick email to say a massive thank you to you and your team for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the time we arrived Friday to leaving yesterday everything was great. We would like to say extra special thank yous to Anna, she was fantastic, especially when I realised 2 guests weren't on the table plan just before we were due to sit down and swapping out a couple of plates of food. Big thank you to Alison she kept me grounded, especially at 7am on Saturday morning when I was have an early morning coffee. Your bar staff in the evening were fantastic (I can't remember the young man's name) but his service was brilliant. Thank you for your card and gift voucher we look forward to staying with you again Thank you again Mr and Mrs B

Overall, the day was absolutely lovely and we’re grateful for everything you’ve done with us. The host was absolutely fantastic and everyone loved her. Could not fault her one bit. Thank you very much to you and all the staff especially those working on the day as they worked so hard. Everything flowed nicely, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. What a day we all had with lots of fun and laughter and so many new memories made, a wedding day to truly remember.

First of all thank you to Georgia, James and all the staff for everything our two days went better than I expected, I couldn't be happier. I have just made sure with the family and they all said they were particularly happy with Xenia, she was happy to do anything we asked of her. I was also happy with all of the Reception, they also did a great job and they were very friendly and helpful. Also of course Georgia and James were amazing and couldn't do more for us.
