VENUE HIRE PRICE INCLUDES:

• Exclusive Use – the venue is exclusively yours from 10am until midnight
• Oak Framed Civil Ceremony Room
• Wooden Pavilion licenced for Outdoor Ceremonies
• Fully Licenced Bar & Bar Staff
• Wedding Coordinators – our wedding team will be available to contact throughout your planning process, on the lead up to your wedding and will be there on your day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Dining tables and oak cross backed chairs, outdoor oak benches for outdoor ceremonies, reception drinks table, welcome table, a round cake table and your civil ceremony table.
• Fairy Lights – Acorn room, Ceremony room, bar area & above the fireplace, around the building and above the terrace area
• Music system – sound system with Bluetooth/AUX/USB/CD connection and wireless microphone if required
• Outdoor Music System with AUX connection for Outdoor Ceremonies
• Under floor heating throughout the building and upstairs in the bridal preparation and quiet room
• Real log open fire
• Outdoor firepit tables under the veranda
• All outdoor tables and chairs, parasols on the outdoor terrace and oak benches
• Glassware provided by The Oak Tree for reception drinks and wedding breakfast (full set includes water, wine, and champagne glasses)
• Water jugs with ice on each table for wedding breakfast
• Your caterers will supply your cutlery, crockery, and table linen for your dining tables (excludes Pizza Principles, Tom Piper Hog Roast & Original Crepes)
PREP ROOMS:
• The Loft & The Den are available for you to use from 10am until the end of the night
