Mario and I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to your wonderful team for making our wedding day so much more amazing - we had the best day of our lives! Lucy, thank you for being so patient with us. You were so amazing and I literally didn't have to worry about anything because you made everything so seamless. And to all the bistro, bar, lodges, and cleaning staff, your whole team are AMAZING superstars, and nothing was too much. The best customer service at the most beautiful venue.

We had the most wonderful wedding day at Whinstone View. Dawn and the team couldn't do enough and the whole day ran so smoothly. All of our family and friends loved the day and complimented the venue, food and drinks. The tipi was also excellent and the props and decorations the venue provided helped it to look and feel amazing on the day. I would 100% recommend Whinstone View. From beginning to end the team and whinstone view made everything easy and stress free ! Nothing was to much trouble , from special dietary requirements to getting the room wedding ready. On the day everything ran completely smoothly and we didn’t have to lift a finger or even have a single thought. The team handled last minute menu changes, late external suppliers and timings without hesitation. Our ideas and vision were executed to perfection. I can’t thank the venue and the team enough !

When we had our very first look around Whinstone View we knew it was special. The surroundings and the venue are truly stunning. We initially met Dawn one of the wedding coordinators and she was so helpful throughout the process, really helped us feel organised. We had our final meeting 1 month before and finalised everything with Dawn. The day before the wedding we could set up the room with our decorations prior to checking in the lodges, we met Lucy and Tobi the other wedding coordinators who are just a vibe. They really helped us feel at ease when we were extremely nervous. They ran through everything again with us and made sure everything was still as planned- they were accommodating to a couple of last minute inevitable changes. The night before we stayed in the lodges, our family stayed in all the lodges and I must say they were all beautiful. So spacious, the beds comfy, shower felt luxurious and the hot tubs really helped us feel relaxed. On the morning of the wedding we had breakfast delivered by the restaurant which was brilliant for us to have whilst getting ready in the lodges, the staff really made it easy for us. The coordinators came to see us on the morning and made sure we were ok, again helped us feel at ease and really took the pressure of us. They were about to direct all the different vendors and everything about the venue looked amazing. Food and drink is one thing we worried about- we needn’t worry! It was beautiful, everything was beautiful. From the canapés to the brownie and ice cream- everyone complimented how beautiful it was. The night and day guests again complimented the evening food saying how beautiful it was and the chips are amazing. Tobi and Lucy were about all night- they were constantly making sure we were ok, the guests complimented how friendly and chatty they were and they really helped get the party started. I know it’s cliché but it really was the BEST day ever. It was so perfect. A special thank you to Dawn, Tobi, Lucy, the bar staff, the chefs and everyone else at Whinstone for making our day.

Hello Dawn, Mandy, Lucy, Toby and the rest of the fabulous Whinstone View wedding team, Sorry it’s taken a while to send this email, but we wanted to thank you all so much for coordinating our wedding, keeping things organised and creating the most magical day for us both. The food was amazing, the service was amazing and the barn was just incredible. We had a lot of comments about the chocolate brownie, and I have to agree (I had three of them! Haha) – unreal! And the vegetable crisps were delicious! We just want to do the day all over again. My only criticism would be I wish I didn’t have to leave the lodge. Could have stayed there forever. Hi Dawn, Just a little note to say thank you so much to you and the team for hosting the best wedding we could have wished for – from start to finish it was coordinated perfectly, beautifully, and with so much warmth.
